📦 Shipping requests are now easier!

If you’re ready to have your Konbini Charm order shipped, please fill out the new Shipping Request Form linked in my bio. 💛

Once your form is submitted, I’ll:

✨ Locate and confirm your order
✨ Calculate shipping based on size, weight, and destination
✨ Send your shipping invoice
✨ Add your package to my next monthly shipping batch once payment is received

Orders are held until a shipping request is submitted, so please complete the form whenever you’re ready for your items to head your way. If we’ve already arranged an earlier shipping date, no worries—our existing arrangement still applies!

This new system will help keep requests from getting buried in DMs and make the process smoother for everyone. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and continued support of Konbini Charm! 🧡

Tap the Shipping Request link in my bio when you’re ready.

✨ Shop Policies have been updated! ✨

Nothing too crazy—just a few updates to help keep everything organized as Konbini Charm continues to grow. 🍄🤎

Please swipe through before claiming items during live sales or purchasing from me. The biggest addition is our new Open Orders policy to help keep shipping moving smoothly for everyone.

As always, thank you so much for supporting my little vintage shop. I appreciate every single one of you. 🫶

#KonbiniCharm #VintageSeller #SmallBusiness #VintageCommunity #shoppolicies

Welcome! 👋

Thanks for stopping by! These policies help keep things fair and organized for everyone. Please take a quick minute to read through before claiming. 🤎

Claiming Rules

Claiming is first come, first served based on comment order that I see. Please remember to send your DM within the required timeframe so I can get your invoice started. 💌

Payments

Square is my preferred payment method because it helps me keep invoices and tracking organized. If you need PayPal, just ask! 😊

Open Orders

This is the biggest update! 🍄

If you’re keeping an open order, please check in with me when you’re ready to ship. I simply have too many open orders to keep track of everyone’s timeline anymore.

After two unanswered messages over a reasonable period of time, any unshipped items will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory.

Thank you for understanding and helping me keep everything running smoothly. 🤎

Shipping

I use Pirate Ship to get the best rates I can! 📦

If you need your order by a certain date, just let me know before paying your shipping invoice and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Returns

Because I sell vintage and secondhand items, all sales are final.

Please ask questions or request additional photos before purchasing—I’m always happy to help! 🤎

Thank You

Seriously… thank you. 🥹

Every purchase, share, comment, and kind word helps me continue doing what I love. I appreciate all of you more than you know. 🍄🤎 by @konbini.charm

Proof I do leave things at the thrift 😂🌼

Edited my cart a few times and left these cuties for someone else. Can’t bring everything home… even when it matches the vibe 🤎

Which one would you have grabbed? Or did I make the right call? 👀

The finds that came home are up next!

📦 Shipping additional

I’ll be adding these individually to my Vinted shop, linked in my bio ⬆️ . Want two? Message me before purchasing so I can bundle them!

Looking for a particular band, singer, or musician? Comment their name or send me a message and I’ll check the binder for you 🖤

my pretty little baby is THREE today 🥹🎂🤍

i’ve had eowyn since she was just two months old, and somehow we’re already here. how are you already 3?! 😭 looking at this face, i still see the little baby i brought home. i don’t think that will ever change.

if you’ve visited us at the markets, you’ve probably met my little sidekick and konbini charm’s very own market manager. mostly here for the attention, accepts payment in pets 😂🤍 thank you for every hello, every pet, and all the love you’ve shown her along the way. seeing you love on my baby makes me so happy, and it means so much that this little community has made room for her, too.

happy birthday, my sweet girl. here’s to more adventures, more market days, and more time doing life together. being your person is one of my favorite things in this world. i love you so much it’s ridiculous. forever my baby 🤍🐾

swipe to see her at two months old 😭 how was she ever that tiny?!
