@wekfest_usa has always been more than just an automotive show, it’s a place that pushes all of us to bring out our absolute best. Every year, I challenge myself to evolve the car while staying true to the vision. For this year’s setup, I decided to give the I’s Impact GT bumper another go, but with a few subtle refinements. As much as I loved running the TaiTec GT wing last year, I felt it was slightly too aggressive for the bumper. Since the bumper resembles similar characteristics of the Porsche Carrera GT, I wanted the rear end to flow with a cleaner and more subtle aesthetic. Inspired by both the Porsche 918 GT and Mugen NSX spoilers, I decided to custom a wing that would complement the front bumper while staying true to the NSX body design. The brackets were carefully crafted and mounted to how I wanted. The result is something that feels balanced, purposeful, and unique to this setup. For wheels setup, I went with a classic double concave Advan RG1 setup to achieve a meatier tire profile and a more planted stance. Instead of the traditional gold and blue combo because I didn’t want the car looking like Iron Man, I opted for a more modern ADVAN finish that better complements the overall theme. Under the hatch, the AN fittings were replaced with @dymepsi quick disconnects, and the addition of braided hoses and purple anodized hardware adds another layer of detail that ties everything together. Those that knows me knows that I’ve been attending Wekfest for years, and the car is rarely the same. That constant evolution, the artistry, and the craftsmanship are what make this community special. I think @stickydiljoe said it best when you have “Passion first, the rest will follow.” And to be honest, there’s a lot of truth in that. If you’re heading to Wekfest San Jose tomorrow, stop by and say hello. Looking forward to seeing old friends, meeting new ones, and sharing another chapter of this car’s journey. taken in Fresno, California by @kongo_nsx

The sky is the limit! Strive to grow and accept changes. Learn from mistakes. That's how you build your dreams. @kongo_nsx and I have come a long way with our builds. Started with just us before NnovatioN. As for Wekfest in LA a few weekends ago, we dug back into our beginning roots in which we chased no outside satifisfaction, but our own. Congrats to Kong for "1st place Overall Acura." Until the next wekfest show then! Finally sorting out the WEKFEST LA album for edits. I will start blogging later in the weekend.
