WHO’s KEEPING YOU ACCOUNTABLE?? 🔐

Most people set themselves up for failure, because they don’t keep themselves accountable, which is why people get coaches or a system that does!

SOMEONE to keep you accountable! 👏🏼👏🏼

All of my ladies have made outstanding changes to their bodies and mind by creating life long habits with the help of me keeping them accountable.

We know nothing happens overnight which is why you need to trust the process and the journey.

My ladies KNOW this is a lifestyle change, they understand life happens, things will not always go to plan, but they have learnt to understand how to adapt, even with their hectic lifestyle, being a busy professional and a working mum (single mums I might add) and they are still MAKING IT HAPPEN!!

And so can YOU!!!

It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about creating a lifestyle that works for you!!

If you can’t keep yourself accountable, find someone that can.

Checking in with my clients regularly helps keep them on track, keep them motivated and stay committed even when things get tough. We can identify any obstacles or challenges that might be preventing them from reaching their goals and develop strategies to overcome them.

As a coach I’VE GOT YOU!

DM “READY” If you want to get started 💪🏼 by @koosie

Two of my personalities 🤭 CHAPTER 41 💜

Off to a great start...

Up at 4am to compete in the Dubai Police Triathalon, where I did another OLYMPIC TRIATHALON :

1500m swim
40km bike
10km run

I came home with 1st place Female🥇for my age group and 8th female overall.

It didn’t come without a fight with myself though. Struggling the most with the run due to a bulging disc issue i have been dealing with!

And I Got full pelt kicked in the face where my goggles came off, so i have a bruised eye brow. Hopefully wont turn into a black eye by tomorrow 😬🤞🏼

But we survived to tell the tale! 🙏🏼

HONESTLY IT WAS HARD! and I wonder why I want to put myself through it when I’m doing it, but the aftermath is always worth it! When you feel such accomplishment!!

Don’t ask me what’s next because I don’t myself half the time 🤣

BUT WE KEEP IT MOVING!! 👏🏼👏🏼❤️

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME 🎉🎉💜💜 by @koosie

Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Kayleigh @koosie

The times I spend with you are so precious, and I'm sad I can't be with you this year, but just know how very LOVED you are.

Congratulations on your triathlon today! You really are the best 🥇

Completing an OLYMPIC TRIATHLON wasn’t on my bingo card 2026!

But here we are! Thanks to my brother who asked me two days before do you fancy it? Neither of us doing any specific training for it!

And I was already going out for one of my best friends birthday the day before dancing all day 🫣🫠

So 3 hours sleep! We turned up very unprepared. Everyone else was in wetsuits and we were just in swimmers 🤣

I had to borrow a bike for the event! Thanks @physique.redefined 🙏🏼🙌🏼

1500m swim ( I did 1700m 🥴)
40km bike
10km run

Honestly think it was one of the HARDEST things I’ve ever done in my life!!!

Somehow managed to bag 1st place female 🥇

But we all know I like a challenge! And now I’ve got just under 10 weeks to prepare and be better equipped for the big event!

LET’S GOOOOOOO!!! 🙌🏼 by @koosie

Dinner dates, beach days, running dates, staycays 🩷 by @koosie

Totally forgot I had signed up for the half marathon @expocitydubai @promosevensports Sunday until I received the email about race pack collection.

I was unsure whether to bother doing it because I hadn’t trained and had only been managing about 1 run a week.
I don’t like not doing things I say I’m going to!

This year my training has taken a hit and I’ve not been able to train how and when I would like.
And I’ve had to just focus on my health and recovery.

Finally felt the best I’ve felt all year tbh 🙏🏼

So i wasn’t going in to this with any expectations other than showing up, which is usually what I do best! I know how to show up 💁🏼‍♀️

The run felt good and I was just running at a pace I felt comfortable maintaining, until about 18k when I got a stitch and I kinda had enough. But knowing I was close to the end is what mentally kept be going and I’m absolutely over the moon that i did 🙌🏼

Managed to knock 5 mins off my PB!! 🥳🥳

1.47 ➡️ 1.42

Really hoping that I can get back into a consistent routine with training again.

Theres a goal I would like to achieve this year! So let’s make it happen!! 👊🏼❤️ by @koosie
