A few weeks ago I got to check off a few bucket list items. Went to my first F1 Grand Prix and ate at the legendary Joe Beef! The lobster pasta is a classic for a reason but I was blown away but the bone marrow flan with Uni. What an amazing dish. Also was very lucky to meet Chef @fredmadeit thank you chef for talking with me. #montreal #food #neurogastronomy by @kopackj2

Dublin pt.2. We savored ever last drop of whiskey, Guinness and fantastic Irish music before we left. Can’t wait to make the trip back across the pond surly a trip for the record books! Thanks to my friends and all the friends along the way for this Ireland trip may have been quick but made such an impression on me. It is a lovely place with lively people, great pubs and music that tugs at your heart. Sean’s bar my favorite pub we visited and the oldest in Ireland (est. 900AD)! Athlone was a pretty little town glad we stopped there is something perfect about having a pint next to an open fire on a Sunday afternoon. #travel #ireland #athloneireland #guinness @seansbar taken in Sean's Bar - Ireland's Oldest Pub by @kopackj2

The weather getting chilly but it’s still summer in my mind. Missing nights like this on a warm June night sitting outside Corner bar with a Vesper martini and terrine with a fantastic Caesar salad. #nyc #foodie #martini @radnarok__ taken in Corner Bar by @kopackj2
