Tapi hari ini… look at you. Officially a hybrid athlete, berhasil menyelesaikan race HYROX, dan sekarang malah ketagihan pengen race lagi. 🫶🔥

Super proud of you, Vella. This is only the beginning. See you at the next finish line. ❤️🏁

COFFEE TALK

With @kittysik , Pilates Instructor & Founder of KORE Active Wear (@kore_active )

There are certain people whose energy leaves a lasting impression. Kristy is one of them.

As a Pilates instructor, founder of KORE Active Wear, and passionate advocate for intentional living, she embodies a way of life rooted in movement, presence and authenticity. Her calm strength and vibrant spirit perfectly reflect the philosophy behind Bali GLO Guide , a celebration of wellness, slow living and the people who inspire us to live with greater vitality.

For our very first Coffee Talk, I sat down with Kristy to explore the rituals, mindset and daily practices that fuel her energy. From the power of community and gratitude to quiet mornings, the beauty of Lembongan and living wholeheartedly in her truth, she shares the personal blueprint that helps her cultivate a life of purpose, balance and joy.

This conversation is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, and discover that sometimes the simplest rituals create the most meaningful glow.

Get the GLO with Kristy at @cangguyogacentre and with good music . taken in Canggu Yoga Centre by @kore_active

Two generations. One finish line 💪🏽 Every session gets us one step closer to HYROX. It’s not just about getting stronger—it’s about showing up for each other, pushing through the hard days, and enjoying the journey together.

See you on the start line. 🏁
