Fortunate enough to be playing outside a whole lot this summer! Spent a week in desolation with @_stuuuuuu , catching lots of sunsets, completed the triple crown (Freel Peak, Jobs Sister and Jobs Peak) with the most fun crew with the best snacks- and yes we ran into a mama cow on our way back to the car. Geology nerd 🤝 Mt. Etna

Got to check out all 4 active craters on the most active Euro volcano outside of Iceland. Got to teach the Italian guides some volcanology and they tried to teach me some Italian. One of the coolest places I’ve ever been! taken in Mt. Etna, Sicily by @korinnneeeee

Slacking on posting and playing some catchup- @yungblud at Red Rocks with @ashlxy.b was incredible. One of the best performances I’ve ever seen in my life and I would be lying if I said I didn’t cry of pure joy for most of the show by @korinnneeeee

@teambsmf Ocean View Challenge Round II is a wrap! Set a PR in the 5k on Saturday and took it nice and slow for the half marathon Sunday. I learned today that it’s hard to listen to your body and slow down the pace but completely worth it. Excited to focus on rest and recovery and get these legs ready for ski season 💃 Thank you @movewithward and @ptrevolution_tahoe for whipping me into shape! taken in Monterey, California by @korinnneeeee

I signed up for @columbiagorgemarathon because the views looked nice, I figured it would be cool temps and the timing lined up. I didn’t really realize there was 1880 feet of elevation gain until morning of. I verified that I like running in the rain, I like running uphill and my body does not like running downhill. I was super proud of myself for running a sub 5 marathon despite these hills and dealing with plantar fasciitis in both feet while training. Big thank you to @ashlxy.b for being the best road trip buddy, sister and race mom. Thank you to everyone who left me a voice recording- you all made each mile go by so much faster and had me laughing out loud. Thanks to @movewithward and @ptrevolution_tahoe for the guidance and support. And lastly @yungblud @sofitukker @fredagainagainagainagainagain @chappellroan @limpbizkit and @badbunmy_ for keeping me dancing the entire 26.2 miles. I thought this would be a one and done race distance but I might be hooked! taken in Hood River, Oregon by @korinnneeeee
