Had A Big Goal To Hit Before My Bday Today!!

First off thank you to @lovealwayssanctuary for letting me take photos (photography by @camriceproductions ) amongst the animals since I did this all on a Vegetarian diet. And of course thank you to @korinsutton my fitness instructor for guiding me throughout the year, and especially leading into these pics :))

Started off at 22.4% body fat Jan 23 2025, came in under 8% by the end of the 7 months (Aug 29 2025)

It might seem silly, but whatever, I finally did it - I've never had a visible six pack and I made it a goal to get into the best shape of my life before turning 35, talked about it so much before I started this journey. I remember saying on @reelrejects that this is the year I BELIEVE I'll do it. Been pretty vocal about my progress on our movie channel throughout the year haha. It took getting to that belief system first before it externally came true, honestly proud to say I actually did it.

Beyond the physique I've learned SO MUCH about health, nutrition, and MENTALLY - the whole journey - I've felt more present, more alert, more confident, and actually spent wayyyyy less on food than every month than I did prior to this.

Thank you to all who never pressured me to give in and encouraged me to keep going. My strength in discipline increased massively.

Eat Fruits And Get Ripped!

You might think that fruits can make you fat because some fitness professionals say that it has a lot of sugar.

I don’t believe this at all because I love fruit, and I am lean and ripped all year round.

My favorite fruit or fruit bowls is açaí bowls.

It has a mixture of blueberries, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and açaí.

I love eating açaí bowls on the weekend on the beach.

There is sugar in fruit, but the fruit is high in fiber. The fiber helps slow down the digestion of fruit, making it act as a complex carb.

Complex carbs are slow-burning energy. What makes you fat is highly processed foods and sugary foods like cookies, cake, and ice cream.

Process foods are calorically dense with low nutrients. It’s easy to overindulge junk food because of how good it tastes and how small the portions are.

Does that make sense?

Eating fruit can’t make you fat, but you can have too much of a good thing.

The secret that keeps me ripped as well as what I teach my students is conscious eating.

Suppose you eat a lot of healthy food and eat more than what your body can burn. You can add fat onto your body.

I teach my students how to keep track of their macronutrients and learn about portion control.

Everyone has different bodies and does various activities when it comes to burning calories for weight loss.

There is no one plan for all to get people to the goals that they want.

I can teach how to consciously choose foods that will help you lose fat while eating the things that you enjoy!

Food is not the enemy, but how much you eat in one sitting is.

Do you want me to teach you how to eat fruit and the things you love while burning fat?

Comment “RIPPED FRUITS” and I’ll DM you personally to tell you how you can have fruits, açaí bowls, and more while getting to the best shape of your life! by @korinsutton

Be A Vegan Champion!

Chase Allen won 1st Place in debut physique bodybuilding at the OCB Bodybuilding Garden State Classic.

He also won 2nd in the open class and 4th in overall.

All top placing for his first time competing. It was a dream that Allen always wanted to accomplish, and he finally did it!

When you have goals and dreams to fulfill, you do what it takes to get there.

At the beginning of Allen's journey, you would think he was dreaming if you look at the picture to the left.

Through radical actions and my guidance and support from my team. We helped Allen crush the competition.

He was a great representative for Veganism, and many other athletes were very impressed with his physique, especially for someone vegan that consumes a whole foods plant-based diet.

I help my students break the protein myths when it comes to being vegan.

As you can see, he lost over 62 lbs (28kg) in 6 months!

Consuming plants has all the amino acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals to achieve an award-winning physique!

You don’t need animal by-products to build muscle and lose fat.

All the misconceptions and scientific data that says consuming a plant-based diet are unhealthy, mal-nourished, and impossible to build muscle are wrong.

When you’re helping people break myths, then what happens to those studies?!

That’s why I don’t believe in the hype, and I trust the scientific data that supports a vegan lifestyle.

You won’t just look like a champion, but you’re a hero to other life forms that lives on this planet as well.

You can help animals, the environment, and your health.

Do you want to be a vegan champion like Chase Allen?

Comment “Vegan Champion,” and I’ll do now to get you started!

Congrats, Chase Allen, for breaking myths and your accomplishments.

It is just the beginning! by @korinsutton

VEGANISM IS DEAD!! THESE PEOPLE WOULD DISAGREE. 🌱
I hear it all the time:
“Nobody cares about being vegan.”
“Veganism is dead.”
“People don't want to give up meat.”
But there are millions of people around the world who have made that decision—and they didn't all do it for the same reason.
Some did it for the animals.
Some for their health.
Some for the environment.
And for many, it became a combination of all three.
I've been vegan for over 14 years, and for me, ethics became the biggest reason. I reached a point where I had to ask myself: if I can live a healthy life without unnecessarily harming animals, why wouldn't I?
But here's the part I think gets lost online:
You don't have to become vegan tomorrow to learn something from people who are.
Talk to them. Ask why they changed. Ask what they eat. Ask how they get their protein. Ask how their health, cooking and relationship with food changed.
Because despite what social media arguments might make you believe, you can build muscle, train hard, eat incredible food and live a healthy lifestyle while eating plant-based.
And even if you never completely eliminate animal products, replacing more of them with fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and plant proteins can still move your diet in a healthier direction.
Don't let the label stop you from learning.
Talk to someone who's actually living it. You might be surprised by what you find. 🌱
If you're not vegan but want to start eating more plant-based without going all-in overnight, comment “FLEX” and I'll send you my Fuel & Flex Guide. by @korinsutton

SUCCESSFUL CAREER… BUT YOUR BODY DOESN’T MATCH THE LIFE YOU’VE BUILT?
Brandon had the career.
Working in sports. Traveling. Busy schedule. Constant responsibilities.
But when it came to his health, he said things were “all over the place.”
He was around 195 lbs, estimated his body fat around 20–21%, struggled with low energy, wasn't eating the way he wanted, and couldn't find a consistent training routine that worked with his lifestyle.
His goal wasn't simply to lose weight.
Working in sports and being on camera, he wanted to look the part, feel better, and build a physique he was proud of.
That's where structure came in.
We focused on:
💪🏾 Training that worked with his schedule
🥗 Proper nutrition
😴 Recovery and rest
📈 Consistency and accountability
🧠 Guidance when motivation wasn't enough
Brandon eventually reached 178 lbs and reported body-fat readings around 10–11%, with lower readings during the process.
But my favorite part of his testimonial wasn't the numbers.
It was hearing him describe finally having that “superhero” physique he wanted—and being proud of what he built.
Because coaching isn't about me doing the work for you.
You still have to put the work in.
My job is to give you the structure, strategy and accountability so that work actually moves you toward your goal.
If you're successful in your career but feel like your health and physique haven't caught up yet, comment “TRANSFORM” and I'll reach out to you personally.

VEGANS ARE WEAK AND CAN’T BUILD MUSCLE.
TORRE WASHINGTON JUST DESTROYED THAT EXCUSE. 🌱💪🏾
“They’re vegan… of course they’re weak.”
“You can’t build serious muscle without meat.”
“You need animal protein to compete at the highest level.”
Well… explain Torre Washington.
At 52 years old, Torre Washington qualified for the 2026 Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique stage after winning the Open Men’s Physique division at the 2025 Ben Weider Naturals Pro. The IFBB Pro League lists him as the winner and as a qualified 2026 Olympia athlete. IFBB Pro
And this wasn't just another bodybuilding show.
The Ben Weider Naturals operates under the IFBB Pro League's natural-contest rules, which include drug-testing requirements and prohibit competitors using TRT/HRT. IFBB Pro
But here's one correction that makes Torre's story even better:
He hasn't been vegan since birth. Torre says he's been vegan since 1998—more than 25 years. Vegan Olympia
So what does his physique actually prove?
Not that plants magically build muscle.
It proves that you do NOT need meat to build an elite-level physique.
Muscle still requires the same fundamentals: enough calories, adequate protein, resistance training, progressive overload, recovery and years of consistency.
The protein can come from plants. 🌱
And as someone who's been vegan for 14 years myself, this is exactly why I love seeing athletes like Torre reach stages like this.
Because eventually we have to stop asking:
“Can vegans build muscle?”
The evidence is standing on the Olympia stage.
Congratulations, Torre. You earned this one. 💪🏾🌱
Do you think more men would consider going vegan if they saw more athletes like this? Let me know below. by @korinsutton

Bacon and Human Meat Are The Same Thing!?
I recently came across something that made a lot of people uncomfortable:
Historically, human flesh has sometimes been described as “long pork.”
Now, that does NOT mean pork and human flesh are literally the same thing.
But here’s where it gets interesting.
Pigs are biologically similar enough to humans that they’re one of the main animals being studied and used in xenotransplantation—the transplantation of animal cells, tissues, or organs into humans. The FDA even describes pigs as the donor animal of choice for many xenotransplantation products. U.S. Food and Drug Administration
And for me, that’s one more reason I personally don’t look at pork the same way anymore.
I’ve been vegan for 14 years, and the bigger lesson for me is this:
You don’t need to eat animals to get protein or build a strong diet.
Foods like tofu, tempeh, lentils, beans, soy, seitan, nuts, seeds, and whole grains can provide plenty of protein, while many of them also give you fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. The Nutrition Source
That’s what I mean when I say skip the middleman.
The animal got its nutrients from somewhere too.
I’m not here to shame anyone who eats pork or other animal products. I ate animal products for most of my life.
But if learning things like this makes you think:
“Maybe I want to eat less meat and add more plants…”
That’s a great place to start.
Comment “NEW VEGAN” and I’ll send you my No Weak Vegans High-Protein Guide to help you start replacing animal foods without sacrificing protein. 🌱💪🏾 by @korinsutton

YOU DON’T MISS MEAT. YOU MISS WHAT WE DID TO MAKE IT TASTE GOOD. 🌱🔥
One of the biggest things I hear about plant-based eating is:
“I could never give up meat. I love the taste too much.”
But think about how we actually make meat taste good.
We sear it.
Smoke it.
Salt it.
Season it.
Marinate it.
Cover it in garlic, onions, peppers, herbs, spices and sauces.
A lot of the flavor we associate with meat comes from the seasoning, browning, smoke, fat, umami and cooking techniques surrounding it.
And guess what?
Those techniques don't belong to meat.
You can sear tofu. Char mushrooms. Smoke tempeh. Caramelize onions. Build umami. Season seitan. Add sauces. Create texture.
That's why I laugh when people call plant-based meat “fake.”
The package isn't what makes something taste amazing. Knowing how to cook it does.
I've been vegan for over 14 years, and one of the biggest lessons I've learned is that going plant-based doesn't mean giving up flavor.
You just have to learn how to build flavor differently.
So before you say, “I could never eat plant-based because I'd miss the taste of meat…”
Try keeping the flavors and cooking techniques you already love — and changing what's in the center of the plate.
You might realize you don't miss meat nearly as much as you thought.
🌱 Want to eat more plant-based without going vegan overnight?

DON’T TAKE A WAR HERO’S NAME OFF HIS OWN SHIP.
I don’t usually talk politics, but this one hits differently because of my own military background.
ABC News reported that Navy and Pentagon officials have discussed possibly renaming the future USS Doris Miller (CVN-81) after President Trump. As of now, that is being reported as a proposal under consideration—not a finalized renaming. ABC News
Doris “Dorie” Miller wasn’t chosen randomly.
During the attack on Pearl Harbor, Miller helped move his mortally wounded captain and then, despite having no formal weapons training, manned an anti-aircraft gun against the attacking Japanese aircraft. He was awarded the Navy Cross for his actions. He later died in 1943 when the USS Liscome Bay was torpedoed during World War II. Naval History and Heritage Command
When the Navy announced CVN-81 in 2020, it was historic: it was set to become the first aircraft carrier named for an African American and the first named for an enlisted sailor for actions performed while serving in the enlisted ranks. Navy
That’s why, from my perspective as someone who served, changing that name would feel bigger than simply changing letters on the side of a ship.
Military ships, bases, and memorials can carry the stories of people whose service became part of the history of that branch.
Miller’s story represents courage, enlisted service, sacrifice, and a period when Black sailors were serving under major restrictions while still putting their lives on the line.
Whatever someone’s politics are, I think the real question should be:
What message does it send to today’s sailors when an honor already given to a decorated enlisted war hero can later be taken away?
That’s the conversation I think is worth having.
What are your thoughts? Should the future carrier remain USS Doris Miller? by @korinsutton

WHY DO SOME VEGANS EVENTUALLY GO BACK TO EATING MEAT? 👀🌱
Every time an “ex-vegan eats meat again” video goes viral, people act like it proves vegans were secretly craving meat the entire time.
I don't think it's that simple.
I've been vegan for 14 years, and one thing I've noticed is that your WHY matters.
People become vegan or plant-based for completely different reasons—health, weight loss, the environment, curiosity, ethics, or a combination of them.
And motivations can change.
For me, the biggest reason I’ve stayed vegan this long is ethics.
At some point, my perception of animal products changed.
When I see steak, I don't just see “steak.” I think about the cow it came from. When I see chicken, I think about the animal—not just the food sitting on the plate.
Once that connection happened for me, it became extremely difficult to imagine going backwards.
And here's the other thing…
It's 2026. 😂
If I want a burger, there are plant-based burgers.
Chicken? Daring, Gardein, seitan, tofu—you name it.
Eggs? I can make a tofu scramble.
I'm not sitting around miserable because I “can't” eat something. I've simply found different ways to enjoy many of the flavors and experiences I grew up with without consuming the animal.
That doesn't mean I hate people who eat animal products. I ate them for most of my life.
It just means my relationship with food changed when my reason for being vegan became bigger than food itself.
So I'm curious:
When you see someone who's been vegan for years start eating animal products again, what goes through your mind?
And if you're not trying to become vegan but want to start replacing some animal products with plant-based options, comment “FLEX” and I'll send you my free Fuel & Flex Guide. 🌱💪🏾 by @korinsutton
