@acnestudios love the piratecore- always. Last week I kept my iPad always next to me (and charged- it’s old so my battery quite often tricks me!) and drawn this kind of quick sketches every time I stumbled across inspiration, instead of waiting for the perfect moment of ✨”ok now I am drawing” ✨ and it was MUCH more productive and satisfying!
I guess I will keep it up?

Sketched loads of looks from this collection as the shapes and graphic make up really inspired me, I am fond of just using black ink at the moment so I am looking at shapes, patterns, textures, to lead the illustration.

@schiaparelli exhibition at @vamuseum - I’ve never bought tickets so quickly 🌹 and of course I wasn’t disappointed. I love Elsa’s Schiaparelli creations and as you probably know now, I am obsessed with @danielroseberry designs. It was amazing to be able to see them up close. And see the archives - most of the pieces were so modern that me an my mum couldn’t believe they were almost 90 years old (the vegetable jacket made it back this season!)
The exhibition is still going till mid November so if you hadn’t had a chance already, go get yourself a treat.
