Am Dienstag, den 06. Oktober 2026, war ESCARABAJO (2026) im Fernsehen. Ihr könnt den Beitrag noch bis zum 06.10.2028 😮 in der ARD Mediathek ansehen. Ich erzähle darin kurz, wo ich den Käfer gefunden habe, nämlich auf einem grünen Blatt auf einer Farm. Und als kleine Korrektur: Das war in Kolumbien, nicht in Chile. Es war eben eine lange Reise :-)

El martes 6 de octubre de 2026, ESCARABAJO (2026) salió en la televisión. Pueden ver el reportaje (en alemán) hasta el 06.10.2028 😮 en la ARD Mediathek. Ahí cuento brevemente dónde encontré al escarabajo: sobre una hoja verde en una finca. Y una pequeña corrección: fue en Colombia, no en Chile. Es que fue un viaje largo :-)

ESCARABAJO ❤️

Der echte Nashornkäfer ist schon etwas ganz Besonderes. Dass er noch bis zum 1. November durch das Kunstmuseum Solingen flitzt und ein zweites, hybrides Leben erhalten hat, berührt mich ebenso wie das Publikum!

Danke an das Publikum und die Stadtsparkasse Solingen für den dritten Publikumspreis. Danke an Gisela Elbracht-Iglhaut für die offenen Augen und Ohren und an das Museumsteam, das sich um den Käfer kümmert. Es bewegt mich, wenn Kunst so lebendig ist, dass sie Pflege braucht.

Nun möchte ich auch noch meiner Professorin Danica Dakić danken, die mich stetig darin unterstützt, künstlerisch in die Tiefe zu gehen. Auch mein Aufenthalt in Kolumbien wäre ohne sie damals wohl nicht möglich gewesen. In diesem Zuge danke ich auch dem DAAD und der Casa Cultural la Chispa in Medellín für diese prägende Zeit!

ESCARABAJO ❤️

El escarabajo rinoceronte real ya es algo muy especial. La obra sigue correteando por el Kunstmuseum Solingen hasta el 1 de noviembre y ha recibido una segunda vida híbrida, algo que me conmueve a mí y también al público.

Gracias al público y a la Stadtsparkasse Solingen por el tercer Premio del Público. Gracias a Gisela Elbracht-Iglhaut por sus ojos y oídos abiertos, y al equipo del museo, que cuida del escarabajo. Me emociona que el arte esté tan vivo que necesite cuidados.

También quiero agradecer a mi profesora Danica Dakić, que me apoya constantemente a profundizar en mi camino artístico. Sin ella, probablemente mi estancia en Colombia no habría sido posible en aquel momento. Por eso agradezco también al DAAD y a la Casa Cultural La Chispa en Medellín por esa etapa que me marcó. by @kosmxnaomi

Glücklich darüber, ein wenig zur aktuellen kultur.west beigetragen zu haben: mit meinem Statement zu „Das Beuys-Haus und ich“ in der Herbstausgabe 2026. Sie enthält ein Special zur Brunhilde Moll Stiftung, wo ich im Rahmen der Klasse Dakić bei „ROM. ROM? ROM!“ ausgestellt und zur Vernissage und Finissage performt habe.

RADAR (2025) is where it all started—I didn’t know much back then. Over the past year and a half, I’ve expanded my knowledge in electronics, sensory interaction, and algorithmic systems.

First presented at CITY SCAPES AND OTHER TALES with the Dakić Class at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.
