• The FEELING is the Secret - everything begins and falls on those feelings - NOT your emotions. Know thyself.

⚡️ 10 years of seeking tools for coping, strategies for letting go, food functionality, effective breathing techniques, and servanthood in ways that God has called me for.

• The greatest teachers of my Life have been children- they are filled with Knowledge beyond our comprehensions, Listening to them is crucial for global healing. It is non-negotiable. I Am witness to this.

Learning to show up for yourself, especially on the days you don’t feel like it (yesterday evening for us lol)… this is a different kind of love. It’s not just about building muscle. It’s about rebuilding trust with yourself. Let that sink in.

Honoring your word.
Becoming someone your younger self would feel safe with.

And the people beside you? Choose those who challenge you to grow, who remind you of your strength when you forget and who understand that growth isn’t always pretty. Hold one another accountable.

41 years young and #metacognition has been a skillset I “stumbled upon” to attempt to understand what was happening inside me my whole life.

Little did I know, we all possess this but not all of us tackle the internal “Big” the same. Here’s to our differences in swimming in big waters we call #Human 🥂

My first ride out of the neighborhood in years to #challenge myself into new ways of choosing joy. A simple and effective way to groom the garden of my mind in a quick 2.5 miles, to have fun in fitness and stay #inspired by listening to my favorite DJ sets.
