On Saturday we start with a certified powerhouse act: @bugmanldn (The Bug aka Kevin Richard Martin) presents his newest album Sub Zero — a glacial, slow-motion excavation of drug-tech, dub and dreamy noise. With @c.h.a.r.l.i.e.h.o.p.e , he conjures a disorienting, heavy audiovisual storm born from conversations about weather systems and haunted soundscapes, using Hope’s custom-built 360° laser system. Then, childhood friends and talented producers @isama__zing and @djgapdjgap present a world premiere that positions the lights, strobes and smoke machine — into the spotlight, processing their sounds and fusing them with their signature sound design. @kevinpeterhe takes the lead, guiding us through a cinematic and visceral Passage, a cinematic, visceral journey through the day-night cycle of a cybernetic landscape. Using a custom sculptural camera, with live music by @flt.n3sss , we explore shifting artificial biomes — fragile serenity, club pressure, abrasive rupture. Careful, the Galicians @kosunes & @_urok_ sweep us off our feet : Kosu Nes’ vigorous IDM and breaks with 3D kicks and punchy sound design meet Urok’s reactive visuals. See You Dancin’ so hard. Then comes the much-awaited return: @misszorajones , moving between tenderness and force, shaped by pain, endurance and transformation, brings a teaser of her upcoming album. We’re sat. 🪑 Clam label’s Italian horsemen @voronhil and @kuthijin are full of surprises, but what’s guaranteed is jumpy bass, impossible rhythms and tight rap lines — psychedelic, funny, and unpredictable. With Safety Trance (@cardopusher) we take a dark yet euphoric dip into the club, flowing through industrial hard techno, dembow, goth and, of course, gentle trance — before @bitterbabe_ and @lechugazafiro close out the night with an extended b2b set, an extensive Latin club selection, high percussive energy and colorful sound design.

Kosu Nes x Urok

Andrés Satué has played and released under Lendrone, Esquelas, and Huma: he’s arriving at Lunchmeat under his more recent, IDM-forward, dancefloor-centered moniker of @kosunes . Sweeping, almost 3D kicks twirl with punchy sound design. Under his many monikers, he released on Raster (No Frontiers compilation), Opal Tapes, Bestiarie, ENSMBLE, Matapadre, and very recently Abundance, and played at festivals like WOS, MIRA and MUTEK. At Lunchmeat, he’ll play together with a visual artist and long-time collaborator, @_urok_ , a rendition of his most recent material, presenting their real-time reactive audiovisual system where image and sound evolve in parallel, without illustrative relationships or established hierarchies.

See them on SAT SEP 26th, Trade Fair Palace
