Some girls love diamonds… 💎

Lana prefers a ball that lights up and squeaks! 🤣🐾

The obsession is REAL! ❤️🔴✨

It's the little things that bring her the biggest joy. 🥹💕

Anyone else's dog have that ONE toy they just can't get enough of?

POV: You found the kind of traffic jam you actually don’t mind. 🍂✨

Trail riding through a tunnel of golden leaves… does fall get any better than this? 💛 The colors, the quiet, the crunch of leaves underfoot—just soaking up every second before the trees are bare.

These are the days I wish we could bottle up. 🍁

🍂 It’s raining leaves in the Northwoods… and everything is glowing gold. 💛

The kind of fall day you wish you could bottle up and keep forever. The trees are letting go, the leaves are covering the ground, and in just a couple more days, this beautiful show will be gone.

Soaking up every last golden moment while we can. 🍁🌲

Coalby has a very logical solution to the bee problem... just bite off all the flower tops. 🤣🌼🐝 She'd rather have a bee-free nap than a beautiful flower bed. I can't even be mad because she's convinced she's solving the problem. ❤️

Anyone else's dog have a "yard maintenance" job they assigned themselves? 😂

Every morning starts with a cup of coffee and a front-row seat to nature. From hummingbirds zipping around the feeders to the occasional little bear wandering by, we get to watch it all right from our living room window.

These quiet Northwoods mornings on Bearsdale Road never get old. ❤️🌲☕ Which would you be most excited to spot first... the hummingbirds or the little bear?

✨Before and after✨️ A little paint really can change everything. ✨

Our rolling home went from dark and dreary to bright, cozy, and full of light. It's amazing how a few simple updates completely transformed the feel of our space.

Done for now!! Next year 🤔 inside of cupboards??

Now it feels bigger, happier, and even more like home—whether we're parked in the woods, by a lake, or chasing our next adventure. 🐾🚐

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

Which version do you like better... the dark "before" or the bright "after"? 🌞❤️

Same rolling home. A little paint, a lot more light, and a space that now feels like us. Every time we walk in, it just makes us smile. 🚐💛

Before or after? Let me know below! 👇

Lana takes her job as Bearsdale Road's official bear watchdog very seriously. 🐻🐾 look at those ears 😂🤣

By day? She sleeps on the porch like she doesn't have a care in the world. 😴☀️
By night? She's locked inside... but that doesn't stop her from keeping one eye on the woods and one ear tuned for any suspicious bear activity. 👀🌲

Around here, every rustling leaf is worth investigating... just in case.

Every summer they remind me that I share this little piece of the woods with them. From tiny cubs to full-grown adults, it's been incredible watching these beautiful bears wander through Bearsdale Road. They never get old, and every sighting feels just as special as the first. Nature really is the best neighbor. 🌲🐻

Have you ever seen a bear this close?

Caption: Living on Bearsdale Road has its perks... and one of my favorites is getting visits from these incredible neighbors. 🐻

This summer we've seen bears of every size, from little cubs to impressive adults. Every sighting is a reminder that we're just visitors in their home, and it's something I'll never take for granted.

The skies have been unusually hazy lately from the wildfires farther north, giving everything an almost surreal backdrop. Even through the smoke, these moments still manage to take my breath away.

Watching wildlife from a respectful distance is one of the reasons I love calling this place home. Here's hoping these beautiful spirit animals continue to roam safely through the woods for years to come. 🤎🌲
