My New Year’s resolution was to record myself every time i have a New Year’s resolution & it changed my life a lot

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! Y’all got any new age resolutions? One of my resolutions was astrology & costar told me to write personal essays today. Oomr was self-love which i thought was egotistical but then i learned it’s like not & it’s rly good. Y’all love yourselves? It’s rly cool & fun & bc of my res to talk to myself & res to maintain awareness of my thoughts, now i love hanging out w myself. We have a good time

Res heal eating disorder has been pretty lit & i realized how many ppl have eating disorders which im trying to res awareness of, they’re the deadliest mental health disorders & im trying to res awareness of the way the media impacts that. Oomr is to never shut up about all the Fat Thor jokes in Avengers Endgame & how messed up & intentional that was to get men to hate themselves. I’m begging y’all to love yourselves & stop letting the media dictate how you feel abt yourselves ❤️

Res to RESt is so important & hard sometimes but actually— res to be the me i wanna be, it’s not hard anymore, it’s easy to rest

One of my resolutions was to pick back up tap dancing to reclaim the positive aspects of being in Billy Elliot as a kid. My primary focus this year has been working to ensure the revival has better precautions in place for the kids. One of my resolutions was to transition from acting to activism & I’m so excited about the direction the child actor advocacy movement is going & grateful to be part of it.

Oomr was make friends w strangers, it’s the best, i love meeting people & making friends & hearing abt their lives & hearing their resolutions & coming up w new ones w them & getting their thoughts on mine. Sometimes the strangers pour glitter on your face. Sometimes they almost hate crime you if you’re doing res awareness of 90% of ppl being queer, but other than that it’s such a highlight of my life, and I’m so grateful for res to get high off human connection instead of weed

Wild Child has been a wild ride for which i’m wildly grateful. I am so lucky to get to work with these people. Thank you @lagunaplayhouse for putting on new musicals. I looove new musicals and so do you whether you know it or not. I’m hopeful this story will help to create positive change for recovery programs and also help make people feel understood in general. Happy new months eve, i’ve been restling w my New Year’s resolution to resplace my reminders app addiction w an instagram addiction but i think this is the month. There’s so much to learn on here & i love doing res to scroll mindfully & res to expand neuroplasticity. Happy new month, i hope y’all have an amazing October by @kov_zelonky

One of my resolutions has been to talk to strangers about my resolutions and it’s been awesome but sometimes they say that if I expose some of this stuff online I could get killed so pre-avenge me by liking and sharing by @kov_zelonky

Resolution compilation from February that i was too scared to post! I am so grateful to have grown so much since then from making resolutions & am so excited to grow so much more.
