Broccoli microgreens are tiny, nutrient-packed greens that offer powerful health benefits. 🌱They’re especially rich in sulforaphane, a potent antioxidant known for its anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying properties. Just a small serving can support immune function, heart health, and blood sugar control, making them an excellent addition to any diet.🌞 Shop online today with the link in my bio.

Howdy everyone👋🏼 over the last month the grow room has more than doubled in size and I’ve started experimenting with many other varieties of plants such as the beet shown above! I have a website being built that will be released soon and my largest grow yet, ready after 2/22. My fridge and I would thank you if you started placing your pre-orders! Until then thousands of small lives are growing waiting patiently to be devoured by you for all of their nutrients🌱🤤#microgreens #microgreensfarm #healthy #healthyfood #artsyfood #plants #nutrition by @kozi_farms
