Thanks to @howe0nearth, I'm not still sitting at that sled push. 😂 Proud of be a part of the @flowercitycrossfit community, representing at their @dickshouseofsport Hyrox Sim this weekend. taken in DICK'S Sporting Goods by @kpfleghardt

My Jessie-J got married 🥲, and it was the perfect day to celebrate a love as beautiful as the newest Mr. & Mrs. Sutherland's. 🩵 by @kpfleghardt

Gibraltar 🇬🇧

Ample opportunities for:
- "Very necessary" photos with cannons
- "Are you *sure* this is where we're supposed to go?"'s
- Referencing the fact that you've now 'seen' Africa
- Being pickpocketed by a monkey

Genuinely, I do 10/10 recommend a day trip here. taken in Gibraltar, Great Britain by @kpfleghardt

Untrained, untamed. 🎲

Hyrox Las Vegas sure felt like a gamble for two crossfitters going into it without any real Hyrox training. Beating our goal by 0.01 second sure feels like a clean sweep to me. taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @kpfleghardt

We bloom when we are loved.🌷

In rain & shine, this human has never once made me question her care. A part of my family by choice, I am blessed to know her, and continually learn from her. With loads of love, I am so excited to see you grow into a Mom of two.🩵 by @kpfleghardt
