@gobeyondmcr at @mediacityuk was brilliant.

I’m not even sure I can put into words how potent of an experience that was. Between the networking with some amazing people - musicians, industry figures and more.

Or the artists I managed to watch and made friends with, too. Saw a lot of faces, some old and some new.

Special thank you to the teams at @ivorsacademy and @youthmusicuk. Got some inherently great people working for you.

Big ups to @oliarthurwilson for supporting me and wtrmrk.ai over the last few months too. I’m sure a lot of people thought I was working at the festival, but in truth, Oli and the team got behind me a few months ago - providing office space and a pass to the festival - purely to help me grow - both as a musician and founder of wtrmrk.ai.

I always say genuinely good people are rare, but when something of this scale gets put together (networking, conferences, performances) - it pulls all of that good energy into one place for a concentrated period. The results speak for themselves.

Made a few friends for life, had a mad 3 nights/4 days, very grateful.

Til next time 🫡 taken in MediaCityUK by @kpg.mcr
