We're gonna wanna remember this #2026 #mackinacisland by @kplynn14
14 years ago, I met this man and the rest is history. He happened to be in Michigan, traveled from Pennsylvania for a friends graduation. The following day he came to ACC, picked me and the rest of my stuff up and took me home to Indian River. We laugh about it now, but he totally could've killed me, dumped me on some side road near US 23 and no one would ever find me. Instead, we stayed in touch, he moved from Pennsylvania back to Michigan, went to College with me and continued our relationship together. 2017, 5 years together, got married and now we're at 14 years post initial meet. Thinking we're in this for the long haul. 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids so far. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ by @kplynn14

Welp, CANCER was not on my 2026 Bingo card. But... Now it is. Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, Mulifocal CANCER 😳😳😳 I truly didn't think in my early 30's this would've been a thing to worry about. Cancer is generally an older person thing and im "young" 2/18/26, had surgery to remove my thyroid and susp nodules. 2/26/26 got an alert of new test results. Abnormal pathology results *ALERT* Was the headline I read the document. Looked at my husband Robert and said I had cancer. My thyroid was cancerous He said *what* My suspicious nodules werent cancerous at all my thyroid however had several. Largest tumor recorded was 3mm CANCER is now a box I have to check as well as my kids and grandkids. by @kplynn14
