⭐️ WORLD CLASS BULGARIA 2025 FINAL ⭐️ 🎖️INDUSTRY LEGENDS🎖️ PAST While not being that old to represent the past, Mr. Enrico Gonzato stood out to me with a very unique and often neglected nowdays skill from the bartenders arsenal - HOSPITALITY! Back in 2019, almost 22 year old me was in Milan looking for a place have a drink. Rain started pouring and I hopped in the nearest bar. Six tables, one waitress and a guest shift event. After trying a few of the cocktails (still remember that ginger, pineapple and rum combo till this day) I went to thank the gentleman (or panda as he referred to himself) making the lovely drinks. Going up to the bar I was welcomed by a big smile, a friendly conversation( which lasted at least an hour), a couple of drinks more and a story to share 6 years later. Enrico showed me genuine hospitality, not only because he is italian and raised in the hospitality industry since he was 7, but because that's what it is all about - HOSPITALITY! Five years later after a long day at the Athens bar show Im heading towards the exit, and stumble upon this familiar face (clean shaven, looking 12 years younger) in front of me. Flashbacks to that night in Milan , and I remember who is standing there with me (crazy fan Kris even took a photo). The next day we meet again, catch up with one another and laugh about the most random encounter we had in this small world. The drink I made representing Mr. Gonzato tastes like italian oranges, blended with spices and herbs, merged together with CO2, accompanied by Don Julio Blanco, and pomegranate caviar laying on a basil leaf - or a fizzy upside down tequila sunrise 🍹🤪 If you've made it this far, go and follow Enrico and his projects - @meaningfuldrinking @vivimiscelato Alongside fellow bartenders they are helping communities and charities while making drinks and creating memories. taken in Casa Mia - Cocktail Bar & Bistrot by @kpnc___

⭐️ WORLD CLASS BULGARIA FINAL 2025 ⭐️ 🔮 MYSTERY BOX ZERO-HERO Packed the judges gang - @maria.rravdis @j.w.martin @vitezslav_cirok into the spaceship and went on a jorney through space and time to gather some spices, fruits, veggies ( are we making a salad??) from different places on earth, and other planets🪐 We fought polar bears up on mountain ⛰️ Rick & Morty style, to reach a cave with wild strawberries 🍓 Headed back to earth for sparkling water and finished the mission at your grandmas garden. Such a rickdiculous adventure🤯 that I scored the most points in the challenge. IMAX Profile - Malty Method  - shake Apple and spice shrub 22.5ml Sherry amontiado 12 10ml Peanut butter fat washed rum 20ml Johnnie black label 40ml Beer and malt extract vegan foam Is there anything better after a long training day at the most iconic spot in London, than the classic Fish&chips and their partner in crime - the almighty cold pint of beer? I doubt it! Switching the protein source and fat washing the spiced rum with peanut butter, using two types of vinegar in the apple and spice shrub for acidity, and finishing the drink with a layer of hazelnut beer, malt extrac and vegan foamer. Don't forget to use the leftover peanut butter, mix it with sugar and salt, for a sweet and salty caramel treat. Manpower Flavor - smokey, peaty Method -throw Peaty Dom Benedictine  - 15ml Strawberry and melange pepper tincture -3 drops Metaxa 12 macerated with orange peels 15ml Johnnie Walker Black label - 40ml The most famous jump in Parkour history is the Manpower Gap. It’s a vertical drop of 4+ meters (more than 15 feet) that sits 6 stories above the ground and rests between two buildings in the center of Evry, France. The first person to ever do the jump? David Belle back in 1997. Despite the name you really need  courage, physical and mental strength to do the jump, which were no problem for Lilu Ruel - back in 2022 she became the first woman to ever fly over the gap. In the past decade the community really pushed the limits of the jump. Starting with Kevin Flury who was the first person to front flip over it, and since then we have seen people doing sideflips, double sideflips, gainers, corks over the gnarly drop, one guy even doing the jump completely naked lol.  One of the original Yamakasi crew, Williams Belle age 42, did the Manpower gap back in 2000, and recently in 2023 after 23 years he went back and send it. This shows the most important thing in Parkour - to be and to last. To replicate the sensation of doing the famous Manpower gap, and it's heavy drop, we need an alcohol only cocktail. by @kpnc___
