movies🎬: love aaj kal

Love Aaj Kal follows the story of Jai Vardhan Singh and Meera Pandit, a modern couple living in London. Deeply in love, they decide to end their relationship because their career ambitions take them in different directions -Jai moves to San Francisco for work, while Meera returns to India to pursue her dream of restoring historical buildings. Believing that love should never come in the way of personal goals, they part on good terms.

During this time, Jai befriends Veer Singh, an elderly café owner who shares his own love story from the 1960s. Veer's journey with Harleen Kaur reflects a time when love demanded sacrifice, patience, and unwavering commitment. Through these parallel stories, the film contrasts old-fashioned romance with modern relationships, showing that while times change, true love remains the same.

As Jai and Meera move on with new partners, they begin to realize that despite achieving their professional dreams, something is missing. Jai understands that his carefree attitude has cost him the person he truly loves, while Meera struggles to commit to someone else because her feelings for Jai never disappeared.

In the emotional climax, Jai finally accepts that love is worth fighting for. He rushes to India to confess his feelings, and Meera realizes that her happiness lies with him. The two reunite, proving that genuine love can survive distance, time, and changing priorities.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan lost his temper with the paparazzi outside Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital after photographers trailed his vehicle and boisterously shouted his name and upcoming movie title, Maatrubhumi, to get his attention as he exited the medical facility. Visibly irritated by the insensitive commotion, Salman confronted the crowd, asking if they had “gone crazy” and questioning how they would feel if their own family members were admitted inside, prompting the photographers to quickly apologize.
Following the viral incident, the actor doubled down on social media with a series of fiery late-night posts, calling out the media for trying to profit off his personal pain and sternly warning them that despite being 60 years old, he has not forgotten how to fight back.
