Tiger’s Roar Taekwondo Championship was a good one. Talent shone through once again, and congrats to all who competed and showed up and showed out! We saw a few first-time competitors, and it was so exciting to see them get a taste of competition and want to keep challenging themselves. #athlete #instagram #corefma #martialartist taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @kramthedj

🏆💜 Raizo is now a 2x Grand Champion, and Ryu finally earned the title of Grand Champion! They really put their heart and soul into the weekend, and we are so incredibly proud of our boys.

Another year of unforgettable experiences with our @corefma family and our friends in the martial arts @globaltraditionalmartialarts community at the 2026 GTMA Global Celebration. We loved watching our friends compete, supporting each other, and connecting with others who share the same passion for competition — it’s so valuable to be part of that. Super grateful!

We couldn’t have done it without Master Pyne, Mrs. Drachen, our Core Pack students and leaders, and all of our friends and family who helped lay the foundation and believed in us every step of the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It’s been amazing to watch these boys grow, develop, and build such great friendships. We hope they continue this journey side by side until one day they become Masters themselves. ❤️‍🔥🥋💜 by @kramthedj

Happy birthday to our oldest son, Ryu! He mentioned that he was stoked to run the class today and felt like he had the power (well, somewhat the power) to teach it the way he had in mind. He was completely exhausted from it all. Ry definitely deserved a free sushi dinner today! lol Cheers! 💜🎂🥋🎉 #instagram #instalove #corefma by @kramthedj

Always so proud of our boys and everyone who threw down at @corefma’s Wolf’s Reign tournament — they swept the ring last weekend! Watching them battle it out never gets old. It was extra fun seeing Ryu judge the Wolfpup Ring; their little warm-ups before competing were too adorbs.

Afterward, we rolled over to Mark’s holiday party and had a blast getting to know more of his coworkers. After a long, hard week, it just hits different to slow down, be grateful, and celebrate each other for winning the days. ✨🎉 #corefma #leadlikeawolf #happyholidays #lifewithboys #taekwondo by @kramthedj

We are incredibly proud to see our boys compete at the 5th Annual GTMA Global Celebration in Little Rock, Arkansas! We had the opportunity to watch Ryu perform with the demo team during the opening ceremony. Both Ryu and Raizo earned the prestigious Global Championship title, with Raizo also winning the Grand Championship!

Congratulations to all the amazing athletes who competed, the black belts who tested, and the Masters who received their new ranks. You are all truly inspiring. A heartfelt thank-you to Mrs. Drachen, Master Pyne, and all the incredible leaders and students at @corefma who continue to motivate my boys to keep pushing forward. Here’s to cherished memories and unforgettable experiences!

A weekend full of goals, growth, and gratitude! We had the incredible opportunity to collaborate and train at the Leadership Training Seminar hosted by Master Gregory and Master Robinson of @legacymartialarts in Oxnard, California. The boys had an amazing time—not only honing their taekwondo skills, but also making new friends along the way. We even had the chance to train at the beach, where we enjoyed the refreshing waters and beautiful blue skies. We’re truly grateful to be part of this experience. Thank you so much! Always grateful for opportunities that help us grow. #corefma #leadlikeawolf #createyourlegacy #instagram #taekwondo #martialarts #california taken in Legacy Martial Arts Family Fitness Center by @kramthedj
