Carrying Margot dress from styling notes to real life.

Recently, I explored a few ways to style my Margot dress through styling notes - layering it with an oversized white shirt, a leather jacket and a few contrasting details.

This time, I am bringing those ideas to life and seeing how they come together beyond the page.

Designed to move, made for the changing season.

It has been a little while since Abigail dress made an appearance here, but she is still very much part of KRAYVN.

With its generous sleeves, gathered details and fluid, full-length silhouette, Annabelle brings a little romance to everyday dressing. One of those pieces I keep coming back to, an everyday essential with a distinctly feminine feel.

As the days get cooler, wear it on its own, layer it with a V-neck knit vest or throw an oversized leather jacket over it for an edgier feel.

Crafted in a yarn-dyed multicolour stripe of pink and burgundy hues, Annabelle is available to order.

Alba - is one of those dresses I keep coming back to.

Feminine, easy to wear and with just enough volume and detail to make it feel a little different.

I am quite excited to wear Alba into autumn 🍂

I love it on its own in the summer and lately have been wearing it with a soft knit, a trench thrown over the top and a coffee in hand. The red feels especially great against all those quieter autumn colours.

These are a few little styling notes for the cooler days ahead.

From Hedwig to Gaia.

Some details do not quite leave you alone.
Hedwig began in crisp cotton poplin and was later reimagined as a custom piece in silk dupion.

But I kept coming back to its scalloped line - wanting to take that detail somewhere lighter, simpler and easier to wear.

Eventually, it found its way into Gaia.

A little summer memory from Puglia - Nova skirt out of the studio and very much part of everyday life.

Old streets, unique coffee stops (always) #beautiful objects and plenty of organza along the way.

I love seeing something I have made simply become part of a day, worn, travelled in, lived in.

*Design notes - Isla

I always keep photos of my prototypes.
Looking back at them reminds me how much a garment can change through small, thoughtful adjustments. I thought I would share a few from Isla dress.

1. Every piece begins with a sketch.
2. The first prototype didn’t feel quite right.
3. The original waistline felt a little too youthful.
4. Lifting the waistline instantly changed the proportions.
5. A small adjustment, but a completely different feeling.
6. The silhouette finally felt balanced and true to the character I had in mind.
