POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

eleven shows of @bangalorelittletheatre's life of galileo completed and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to make my ✨️stage debut✨️ with such incredible actors, to our wonderful director @dharu1970 who made the entire process so fun and fulfilling, to everyone who came to watch us, and of course, to good ol' berty brecht for that banger script. i've learnt a lot over the past few months, met the loveliest people, partied hard, travelled many miles (koramangala 👎👎👎), carried a lot of suitcases and just had the best time ever ❤️

post-show withdrawals do be hitting a bit hard but i can't wait to be back in jan 2025 with season 2!!

throwback to the good ol' days in 2025 when i had to sit in a wooden box for 30 minutes onstage and dramatically flop out as hundreds of people gasped "i knew it!"

two sundays ago, i hit the big 50! in a way, it does feel like my 50th birthday, if the day i first set foot on stage was the day the person i am today was born, and the 49 times after that were the only reminders that time indeed was passing and life really was happening. it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that theatre is the best thing in my life but it would be terribly cheesy so I'm not going to say that ✋️

but anyway, so privileged to hit this lil milestone and even more privileged to meet so many wonderful people while doing so. it's also a bit of a full circle moment to have your first director act alongside you in your 50th show (forever indebted to you @dharu1970 ).

finally, it's the loveliest thing ever to be doing barefoot in the park with my fellow knichi enjoyers and i love it and i love you guys 🧡
