My Dearest Amari,🕊️
It’s officially been a month since I’ve got the news… and I still am at a loss for words. You have no idea how badly I wish time could stop for a moment just so I can process. You were way more than just my Best Friend, you were my mentor, my shoulder to cry on, my Big Sister, and ultimately “my better half”. That’s the contact name I gave you all those years ago because you truly are all the best traits I wish I had (I’ve never told you that part lol). You were an absolute gem, and I am so fucking lucky that I got to call you my best friend and that I was able to feel the love you so generously poured into me. It was 2016 when we met and here it is 2026, we’ve spent holidays together, celebrated our high school graduation together, had dinner dates, and mall trips, been to hotel parties, and concerts, to even conquering fucking Barcelona. In those 10 years we celebrated every birthday and watched each other grow into young women. I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished, you did everything you put your mind to and you did it beautifully. You’re such an inspiration not just to me but to everyone who knew your beautiful soul. Looking back at our high school videos we had no idea what God had in store for us and I wish He could’ve prepared me for this… I miss you so much it physically hurts. You’re such a light to everyone and it showed, as soon as you walk in a room it lit up every single time, people have dm me to share your beautiful acts of kindness; and I like to think of those as you sending me bits and pieces of you because you know I need them. I promise I’ll continue to do everything we had planned together, I’ll be living it for us both because I know my new Guardian Angel is watching🤞🏾. We were supposed to get matching tattoos for our 10 year anniversary 💞. Now I’ll get one in your honor. It was truly a blessing to have known you Ms. Amari Reneè. Until we meet again I love you 🥺💕

One for the books! 🩶My birthday was filled with so much love and I couldn’t ask for anything better, from spending the day with my momma, to having a surprise dinner, to a night out in San Diego… it’s safe to say I’m exhausted lol but I had soooo much fun with my loved ones and I’m looking forward to this new chapter in my life.
