Are you planning on adding an addition to the home of your dreams?? Well we want to be here to help! Finding the right system that suits your needs can sometimes be challenging. With todays rising energy costs, this customer decided to add a heat pump air conditioning system to their home. With the already existing oil heating system, we were able to combine thermostats to turn this into a “duel fuel system”. With plenty of chase way & basement space, we were able to run separate ductwork trunk lines to both floors. No matter where you are in this home, comfort is never an issue!

The homeowners were told that their central air conditioning system was unable to be replaced, and that they would have to go a different route. In this case we had to relocate the indoor air handler unit into a nearby closet. The supply and return feeds had to be reconfigured, as well as the piping, drains, and electrical. Fortunately we were still able to leave them with plenty of closet space. I am glad to say that we were able to get this one done right before the heat wave. Another happy customer. •

Contractor is in the process of remodeling this soon to be beautiful two story home. With the kitchen being opened up I had to relocate the ductwork and add a second floor zone.
