Maui 2026: Saturday did the coastal beach hike, got to see a canoe/kayak race get ready, Cliff House and pretty views on the way back, a pina colada to drown my Aggie loss sorrows, sunset dinner cruise, got to see some dolphins and it was the best 3 women crew🌺 Sunday saw the Nakalele Blowhole- it wasn’t too exciting, then decided to see if anything changed driving the backside of Road to Hana in 18 years, the bus got updated to a trailer but the one lane road was still sketchy. Wished I could have seen the two art galleries that was along the way and there’s still the same small villages, drove to Paia for my favorite matcha, then drove to Wailea for some shopping and lunch, mandatory stop at the Burger Boys food truck- it was just as good as tiktok says!, stopped at Leoda’s kitchen for some yummy banana bread & mini pies, drove through Lahaina again to see the banyan tree, been seeing rainbows pretty much daily, the last 3 photos look vintage but its straight from phone camera shots🌺 by @kribss

Maui 2026: early Thursday morning stood in line for some famous Papi’s Ohana cinnamon rolls, also got some cookies and a sausage croissant- all SO good!, then headed to Kapalua Coastal Beach for a 4 mile hike, the area reminded us of California, Duke’s for lunch who has the best mai tai’s so far, dinner at Merriman’s, their mai tai’s were just okay but their pineapple macadamia nut bread pudding was to die for! 🌺 Friday early morning walk on the beach, fun beach day where we got taken under some waves, Hibiscus Spritz at Hula Grill, and back to Duke’s for dinner, mai tai’s, sunsets and hula pie😋 by @kribss

Maui 2026: Monday ✈️ TX➡️AZ➡️HI, view from room, dinner & Mai Tai’s at Maui Brewing Co.🌺 Tuesday was pool day & shopping, lunch at the Sheraton, drinkatizers at The Monkey Pod (pina colada was better than the Mai Tai), yummy dinner & lava flows by the water at Mala Ocean Tavern🌺Wednesday we drove the Road to Hana, made a breakfast/coffee stop at Paia and had the best vanilla matcha with Lilikio foam, had this seashell stand idea since the 7th grade, sad its not mine, made it Wai’anapanapa State Park so we could see the black beach and caves only to have the beach closed (think it was due to the previous nights little storm) but it was still a pretty area, drove around and found some awesome beaches, made it to the famous Aunt Sandy’s stand for banana bread to find it closed due to selling out. It was only 1pm. stopped back in Paia- reminded me of what Lahaina use to be, for some shopping and drinks, had a Hawaiian dish (Loco Moco) at Captain Jacks before calling it a night, sunset views from our balcony. by @kribss

Memories 2026: 1st Aggie game win 50-0, Kaylee said they were in the photo so had to find her and Ethan, Bananny and Pop pop came to visit so we took them to the hottest Aggie game which ended with a second win 48-20, it was also red,white & blue themed to remember 9-11 and to celebrate America’s 250 birthday, Queen Rev sat below us•
Willie’s for lunch, Chimy’s for drinks and to kill time• surprise engagement party idea by Ethan, hosted by her sweet roomies who also got her the sweet photo and basket of goodies, I found her the softest robe and cutest Roller Rabbit wedding jammies💕 by @kribss

August lately 2026: still running at run club, been going by myself, why does beer taste better after running in 99 degree heat?• we won the country club sports trivia- we, meaning Mike & Ethan• also doing tai chi• been playing pickleball and this is our regular Friday nights (snacks & drinks)• it was AXO work week, Kaylee was on match making and worked 15+ hours days, I got to help one day during rush and came back to help on Bid Day, thought it would have been funny if I ran home too since I’m a new member• Monday & Tuesday this week was first day of classes. Make it your best year it baby girl!!!♥️💚👍🏻 by @kribss

(A quick but fun) Wedding Venue Road Trip 2026: run club in the rain is always welcomed, got a 5 minute cool down from the Texas heat•boat ride to lunch and ice cream, I got sea sick for the first time on our boat• stayed in Nashville for the night, drinks & dinner at Bar Taco• Bucee’s in the morning• saw 2 wedding venues before driving to Elkhart• morning smoothies at Purely Pressed•cute church venue in Niles• lunch at Stray Dogs• dinner at Hani Yori’s • after dinner drinks at The Rooftop• shots at Bowleys • made it to The Peabody in Memphis Saturday and got to the see the famous ducks walk, dinner at Rendezvous• listened to a band at Silky Sullivan’s, goats were a little creepy• and since we are in wedding season, got Kaylee this adorable diamond jellycat in Memphis ♥️💍♥️ by @kribss

Life lately July 2026: these two went to Houston to check out photo booth museum and lunch at a brewery, then to an Aggie’s Mom event with me, been playing messy mahjong with the kids and decided to go back and start playing with my ladies group, also decided to check out a local venue which we loved! Future Mother-in-law sent Kaylee this cute Miss to Mrs Box and I surprised Kaylee with a pretty engagement book and those glasses that I had bought back in October! Cute engagement card is from our UK friends, last Thursday we tried a Run Club- a before and after and no it did not rain, that’s just all sweat when running in the Texas heat. Planning on going back and running again this Thursday even though my legs are still sore. Friday we went to Dallas and ate lunch at Yardbird. I was getting initiated into Kaylee’s sorority! She got to pin the emblem on me and I am now an AXO Alumnae! Kinda wish I had done more at the convention-maybe next year and not bring the guys. Dinner at Terry Black’s for some yummy bbq and then to a fun piano bar to end the night. Saturday stopped at my favorite little town-McKinney, for some pizza and shopping before heading home. by @kribss

June/July 2026: K&E road tripped it to Texas with a stop in Nashville visiting a few of our favorite places• finally figured out what to do with our annual Christmas star ornaments. Love how it turned out! Also had to get a new ornament to celebrate America’s big birthday• second solo flight to Florida to visit Steve and Julie. •K&E went to an Astro’s game, cooked out,made a yummy dessert and watched fireworks at the country club• I got to shop at the Fishermen’s Village, had a disappointing lunch at Latitude but the drinks were good, dinner and dancing at the Moose, had the best time celebrating at TT’s (the tiki hut),Julie taking our photo and asking where the fireworks were behind us while her head was blocking them 🤣 wished we had stayed longer to listen to the band,•also got to hang out by the pool •Monday went to Venice and walked the pier before eating lunch at Sharky’s •Before heading to the airport Tuesday, some lady at Culver’s told us she did not want to hear our conversation and that we were making all the 4 people in there angry for talking so loud. She was there for some peace and quiet😜 by @kribss

June 2026: Saturday we picked up our UK World Traveling friends and took them to Twin Peaks aka Misty Mountains to watch the World Cup, Sunday we had them try kolaches for breakfast before heading to The Woodlands for some shopping and a late lunch. Of course had to get the old fashion for two and frozen ros’e. Mike took Jarrod to Krawfish Kai for some frozen hurricanes. Monday we sold Armando and some time was spent at the urgent care center, Rachel had cut her hand badly at the airport. Headed to Bucee’s, this one was the first one I ever went to like 15 years ago??? They were a little jet lagged and took a long nap before dinner. Dinner at Lupe Tortillas before calling it a night. Dropped them off at the airport this morning- they’re headed to Toronto, New Jersey/New York and Manhattan before heading home, I think. They brought some UK goodies I can’t wait to try. I stopped by a few local stores on my way home and picked up some flowers, hot chai and baked goodies. And as we continue to find the best bbq- Mike and I made it to Corkscrew Bbq one day last week. It had 2 Michelin Stars. It was pretty good but maybe not my favorite. by @kribss

Ultimate Italy & Greece Vacation Finale 2026: Mike wanted to stay an extra few days to tour Athens, after dinner we found this cute dessert place and they had baklava! It wasn’t as good as it looked but it was a cute place- fun for kids! Next day Mike got us a driver to to see some sights- the amphitheater, church, the gov’t buildings and where they start the torch for the Olympics, we got to see them change guards which they do every hour, lunch, only photo from the museum, Mike made reservations for a dinner tasting on a rooftop for our anniversary. It was a different experience and got to try caviar- not a big fan. Dessert was delicious though! Headed home the next morning. I got to fly the 11 hours to Charlotte in business class, Mike let me have his seat. We were delayed an hour but made our connecting flight to Houston. by @kribss

Ultimate Italy & Greece Vacation 2026: wanted to add a photo of our beautiful kids from the engagement dinner, boat day continues, got to see different little towns, think one had a population of 82 people?, Kaylee got to share her day with AXO instagram- I just grabbed a few photos from it, everyone taking a nap-a-tizer after our yummy lunch, more swimming in the sea, boat day came to an end after dinner and a sunset, tried a famous wrap place for lunch the next day and it was delicious, spent rest of the day by the pool and shopping, K & E before dinner drinks, my after dinner treat-fresh waffles w/chocolate ice cream, strawberries and Nutella drizzle, one last sunrise view before heading to the airport, shopping and spritzing in Athens, rooftop dinner with the Parthenon in the back ground and a sunset to end our ultimate vacation. (Mike and I stayed an extra two days) by @kribss
