Best day!!! A surprise visit from Nico!! I literally ran to him , squealing with delight and hugged him so hard! It’s a beautiful thing to see @brooksscrivano @miabellascrivano relationship with their brother.

30 months sober today.
It’s really just like any other day that I am grateful for. I have to do the same thing everyday, one day at a time. That for me is choosing not to drink alcohol and to keep trekking on this tumultuous path without looking in the rear view.. My recovery isn’t about having a perfect life,-it’s about persevering , even when I’m tired, scared, or unsure of what’s ahead. It’s about living in the moment ,being honest and accountable to myself and to others, especially my beautiful girls, @brooksscrivano @miabellascrivano. I’m so blessed to be surrounded by so much love and forgiveness. I’m thankful to God who has carried me through moments when I didn’t think I could carry myself. He has given me strength when I had none left and reminded me that I’m never walking this journey alone.
30 months ago, I didn’t want to see where this path would lead me. Today, I’m thankful that despite my doubts and fears , I kept on walking.
