Chest Day with @braun__fitness @3g_fitness_nutrition I’m locked in all the way ! 5am is not easy at all getting out the bed when you want to sleep but goals have to be met ! Running at 6:15am can’t believe I’m out here running and training for my half marathon! I’m so thankful for growth because last year my pace per mile was 16 mins and couldn’t run nonstop without being out of breath! Running is truly you vs you I’m thankful for the ability to push my body to do hard uncomfortable things! by @krio89

This Sunday I celebrated one of my best friends Birthday at @adelinadetroit the service and food was exceptional! This is me in my soft girl era and I’m loving every moment of it !
