I’ve been deep in learn mode 📚 on my healing journey: birth → double mastectomy → breast reconstruction → muscle repair + explant surgery (taking out the implants). It’s been a wild ride, to say the least 🙃

One of the biggest lessons? We’ve made some of the simplest things so complicated.

There’s so much healing in the basics: rest, nourishing food, water, movement, nature.

My journey pushed me to look at those first and to ask more questions before jumping to the most drastic options even if they are recommended by the experts, who I believe most have the best intentions.

Let’s pause ✨🧘🏻

That curiosity led me to do a deep dive into molecular hydrogen water, which is being studied for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential. More and more wellness practitioners are talking about it, and the early research has me fascinated.

It’s not a magic fix or a replacement for medical care. But it’s one tool I’ve added to my routine, and I’m passionate about sharing what I’m learning.

I spent years chasing a version of myself that didn’t exist yet.

As a spontaneous wild child, that way of living gave me some of the best adventures of my life. But now, as a Momma, I’m learning something different: intentionality with my time ⏰ is what actually creates freedom — for me, and for my family.

I’ve been on a journey to find that unicorn 🦄 CEO Momma — the one who’s fully present, unhurried, intentional, *and* runs a thriving business. 💵

For a while, I just kept chasing her.

Last year, I stopped.

I decided to become her instead. 🥂
