A rare rep photo at @alexmasterskya Craig Jones seminar. Comparing "foot" notes with @eddie_wolverine and @ottaviabourdain . Ed might be the only person to smile while Craig

Haven't felt like posting lately since BJJ is still getting back on its feet. But here's an Rguard transition I've been experimenting with over the summer. The major problem some people have is the initial pendulum off-balance, where our opponent's foot loses contact with Terra firma. I'll do a breakdown if there's interest.

Finally my Marvel counterpart makes his way to the big screen . He's always been my inspiration as I train high-level competitors in the shadows. Hopefully he's not an embarrassment on film like most, aimed at pleasing the children's quota. #taskmaster #tonym #tmasters #photographicreflexes #highleveltraining taken in Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar by @krishna001

Getting in some reps by the shed. Just trying to lubricate joints before rust sets in due to inactivity. Countering collar-tie with #2on1 and some offbalancing gives multiple entry opportunities. Second, a North/South algorithm I use often; attack the kimura and they defend leaving their neck open. Attack the neck and once they defend, transition to lower body assault.
