Contrast therapy @_pause.studio_ tonight and my body feels amazing! TBH forgot for a moment how good prioritizing self-care is not only for my body with my job—constantly pushing & working it out hard. I’m often feeling exhausted, sore. I realized i needed to start giving my body back some love and recovery. At the same time realized how good these self care therapies are for the mind and nervous system. Feeling eye zen, relaxed and less inflamed.
