October was my favorite month this year. Memories made for a lifetime ♥️🥰💪🏻 by @krissymeow_
•Healthy •Happy •Proud When in doubt, sweat it out. It’s better to aim your energy and time on your health, so release any negativity you have in the gym. You’ll thank yourself later 💙 @killcrew @killcrew.womens @fabletics #fitness #girlswholift #gymgirly #gymrat #workhardplayharder #fitnesslife #killcrew by @krissymeow_

Never thought I’d be here but here we are 💕💪🏼 not even close to being finished! I’m not looking to body build or look like a man 🤣 I’m here to build muscle and build my mind, and laugh in the faces of anyone who ever called me unattractive (and look good when I’m at the beach). I just began this journey to heal my mind and heart and ended up healthier and stronger than I’ve ever been🥰 couldn’t have asked for a better change 💖 last pic blew me away, didn’t even see how crazy my build is looking now 😍 by @krissymeow_
Happy Saturday everyone! Enjoy today, smile, be kind, make someone’s day 💕 #happy #saturday #love #selflove #may2025 by @krissymeow_
For anyone who has followed my progress in the last few months, I didn’t really notice a change until today. I got ANOTHER PR in a span of a week. Who am I? 😜 I started hitting the gym after a few life changing and heartbreaking events back in January/February. Instead of sitting at home crying and asking why this was happening, I locked in my focus to my body and mental health. I stopped asking “why me” and started telling myself “What you’re not changing you’re choosing. So let’s change.” I hit the gym 6 days a week started eating better and stopped drinking the way I used to. I’m careful who I chose to spend time with and lately it’s mostly family or just myself. I’m not entirely done with my work, but I’ve come a damn long way in just 2 months. The gym has been my peace, my safe haven and the only place I feel like I truly get the best kind of therapy. The community of people there are the most genuinely supportive people I’ve ever been around who encourage me in the right direction, and to say I’m blessed and thankful is truly not enough. Thank you for anyone who has been supportive and kind through all of this and reached out here with encouragement and love and kind words. My heart is so full, and so are my gains 🤭 💕 thank you for also being so inspiring @klutzalert , you don’t know it but I’m a huge fan of yours and hope to be at your level one day! #gymrat #gymgirls #fitness #healthandwellness #mentalhealthawareness #selflove #bebetterthanyesterday #selfimprovement #selfprogress #vnvfit #vimandvigor #gymlife #gymtime @vnv.fit #girlswholift #gymjunkie by @krissymeow_
