Happy Father’s Day to this guy! You’re the bonus dad that always no matter what shows up. Since the moment you and Breanna met it was love at first sight. You took on a role that you didn’t have to, but wanted to. You two have an unbreakable bond that was created out of pure love. You’ve helped me raise her into the amazing spunky wild child she has become. You’ve become her hero, her fishing buddy, someone she can rely on always and her let’s do this even though mom said no partner in crime. I am so grateful for the love and guidance you give both my kids! But forever grateful for everything that you do for Breanna. She runs your world and you love it. She may not be your blood, but you treat her and love her like she is. You’ve definitely earned the title of Dad and best friend with her. She will always be a Jesse’s girl! She always knows that she can count on you, even if it’s for 9pm snacks after you told me no. She brings out your soft mushy side that no one knew you had. You went from Mr. tough guy to having a Spa days and pink painted toenails. And you wear those pink painted toenails with pride. She knows Jesse will be at every soccer game and every big life event. If Mom can’t make it happen, Jesse will. I could never thank you enough for that. So this day is for you! Oh Hoxton! The doggo that forced my love, and boy did I fall hard. You became my third child and best friend. Always reminded me of the 3am train and if we left the garbage out and unattended. You were the best adventure dog! Land dog, sea dog, mountain dog and hammock dog. You weren’t just mans best friend you were everyone’s best friend. Despite the countless dinners we lost or the many doo doo’s in the hall, I could never ever stay mad at you. You were truly the best boy! I am so happy I got to be your dog mom because I got to experience the best and most loyal dog I’ve ever had. You just had a heart of gold. Happiest 17th birthday to baby boy. (I’m sorry I’m one day late.)First of all WHAT! 17? I can’t believe how much of a man you are with a moustache and all. I still remember being 19 and holding you for the first time. Wondering how the hell I’m going to raise a baby. You showed me what true love is and made me a better person. I am beyond proud I am of the person you’ve become. You have the biggest heart and are such a good big brother. ( most of the time). Your personality and sense of humour are unmatched, you alway have a come back waiting or a questionable joke. You truly make my days better and constantly remind me who I am. If it’s to boost me when I’m down or humble me when I need it. Just know that no matter how big you get or how old you are, I will always look at you as the 5 year old little boy who really believed he was Captain America and is here to save the world. Happiest 10th birthday to my baby girl. I’m still trying to grasp the fact that you’re 10! You’re truly one of kind Bean! Such a kind soul with a BIG personality. I admire everything about you ( except your attitude ). You dream big and dedicate yourself to everything you’re passionate about. You’re fearless and never forget to humble me daily. Happy anniversary my love! It’s most definitely been an eventful 8 years. But as much as I would love to throat punch you most days, I couldn’t imagine my life without you in it. Happiest sweet 16 to number one guy! I can’t believe you’re 16. I’m so proud of the man you’ve become, you care so much and so hard. You have such a big heart and love unconditionally. It feels like yesterday that I had to sit down our little girl and tell her you’re gone. In this past year, I have watched our daughter mature and learn how to deal with grief and some very hard emotions at such a young age. You would be so proud of the fierce young lady she’s becoming. Thank you for the most amazing daughter that I could ever ask for, she is truly such a special child. I promise I will continue to raise her to be smart, witty, and educated young woman.
