“Be grateful that you’re going through this sad moment with all these other folks. Because I promise you that there’s something worse out there than being sad & that is being alone & being sad.”

10 painfully sad years without Gram. But If I have to be this sad I’m glad I get to be this sad with my family. Best one around & we have her to thank. She made us. None of us would be here without her. She’s missed so much but would be so proud of all of us & that we’ve stayed right by eachother. For every sad moment. For every happy moment. For every funny moment.
The happiest days are the saddest without the people you’ve lost. And missing them is the hardest part. The sadness you learn to deal with but the missing them part…that part never gets easier. But this family helps me get by every day.
Miss you so much gram. Can’t believe it’s been 10 years. ❤️💔 by @kristavpd
