Hi friends — figured it was time for a little re-introduction since there are so many new faces here 🤍

I’m Kristen, the girl behind Sunday Pilates Social Club ✨ I recently moved back home to Michigan for my fiancé‘s off-season. I am so excited to keep growing this little community with you all, your support means everything. Outside of teaching Pilates, I’m also a nurse, an iced coffee lover, recently engaged 💍, and a dog mom to my two pups. I love all things movement, wellness, travel, and creating classes that make people feel strong and welcomed no matter where they’re starting.
