⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend Jose Salinas with The Appliance Source! I reached out after receiving multiple recommendations from neighbors in the Mont Belvieu area, and I’m so glad I did.

Jose thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent, which had never been professionally cleaned, and diagnosed an issue with my 10-year-old washing machine. I originally thought the washer just needed a deep cleaning because my clothes weren’t smelling fresh, but Jose discovered that the agitator wasn’t spinning due to a stripped connection.

He located a replacement part, returned as promised the very next morning, installed it, and showed me that everything was working properly.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He even commented on how well-maintained my 10-year-old appliances were and never tried to sell me something I didn’t need.

It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and follows through. I will absolutely use him again and highly recommend him! by @kristendanielle81
