I'm so excited to share my commercial demo (also my first demo ever) 🥰 thank you so so so much to Henry and Mandy both, and to all of my friends who continue to support and encourage me!!

I'm so honored to have worked with my brilliant pal all the way in the UK, @henrywillard.audioengineer who directed and produced this demo (as well as wrote most of the scripts!) His process is so fascinating in that he sits down to chat with you over a call at the start to get to know YOU; the causes that are important to you, products, how you feel about certain things, all of this is used to inform the rest of your demo.

Mandy Fisher- the woman, the myth, the legend; she's helped me come so far in this journey. She's not only a fantastic friend, she's also a really incredible teacher. Her coaching is truly invaluable, especially for someone who didn't come from an acting background originally. She's helped me make huge strides in my skills (and she also wrote some of the scripts for this demo as well!) This is one of the times I've ever felt the most confident in my life and she's been a very great part of that 💚 @astoriaredheadvo

These spots are special because of the connection I have to each of them. I personally use and love Method. I've been a Chewy subscriber for years, and my beloved late dog used to tear every toy up into tiny pieces. I donate to The Nature Conservancy and am frequently engaged in conservation causes (my husband is also a wildlife biologist!) I'm constantly watching Nat Geo content, and my little one gets their magazine! Crayola has been there throughout my childhood, helping me make art, and now helping my kiddo make her own. All my life, I wanted to be a Meteorologist and Storm Chaser. Life pivoted in a very different direction, but weather is still one of my favorite things to learn about and watch. All of this is to say that this is one special demo, inside and out. And I think you can hear that too 🥰

Aside from mics/other tech & booth buddies, I've always been curious what other items people have in their booths that help them with their VO.

I have a few other, much bigger items (like a fancy seat cushion and a pillow) that I use frequently but I figured I'd start with some of the small stuff 😂💚

I've not done too many social auditions but I've really enjoyed seeing everything coming to @legendsofryuu, ever since I saw the Granite Waves auditions announcements. @infinitseries looks just as incredible 😍 I can't wait to see more developments @samhyeonsil

Something I've heard many times over the past year is "you don't need permission, you need a plan." For some reason, it's really striking a chord deep within me and helping me move forward on quite a few things. This picture was one I made myself so that I could put it somewhere I'd always see it. I wanted to share in case the same motivation helped anyone else 🥰

This is what my first day of being 33 looks like so far 🥳

The number 3 has always been super significant for me. Part of my student id number my entire life was 333. I'm the oldest of 3 kids, and I currently have a family of 3. Plus so many more different reasons.

I just know this year is going to be one of my best years ever 🥰 here's to the next 365 days; may every day be more magical than the last, for all of us!! by @kristenmoncada.vo

A year ago today, I had to send my best buddy/fur baby to the spirit world. I sleep with a pillow cutout of him because he loved sleeping on my face every night. I keep his favorite toys, including his favorite ball, on my nightstand next to his urn. I still leave socks in his dog bed because that was the thing he looked forward to the most every evening. And I keep his extra bed in his favorite spot in my office, so it's always right where he left it when I work 🥰

He'll always be one of my most favorite parts of my life and I'll never tire of talking about him 🥹 he was only here in my world for a short time but he made sure I knew I was his entire world in the time we did have. The thousands of photos and videos I have won't ever let me forget 🥰 by @kristenmoncada.vo

I keep trying to convince everyone to take a vacation and come visit me in Central Oregon, you'll get to see things like this 😂💚 we dug fossils, played in snow, & explored all over the top of the mountain. I'll have to share our fossils soon (rock hounding is another one of my 5,000 hobbies 😂) by @kristenmoncada.vo
