The wait is over! Kohen is here! Sweet baby boy, you are surrounded by grandparents, aunts, and uncles whose lives changed the moment your momma brought you into this world. You have no idea yet just how many people are praying for and cheering on your sweet family with love and support.

Alexis, watching you transition from sissy to mommy has been so special. I don’t think I’ve ever seen your siblings beam and smile with so much pride. As the big sister, you have spent so much of your life loving, protecting, and taking care of everyone around you, and now we get to watch you pour all of that love into your own little boy. He's one lucky kid!

Coop, you've stepped up to provide and lead in remarkable ways. Your character goes before you. As the big sister to all of her siblings, Lex has always felt like she needs to take care of everyone else. Thank you for giving her a place where she can relax, be completely herself, and know that she is loved and cared for, too. You are her best friend. You rise to her level of silliness, are patient and have a listening ear, and love her so well. I'll always remember her blush and smile at the restaurant when the server delivered your message 🥰 we knew from that moment you were for her.

We were walking into a gas station when two teen girls passed and one said "you are a beautiful couple!"

Watching my only girl go from “Sissy” to her four little brothers to becoming a mama herself has me all kinds of emotional. They’ve always known her as someone who loves and protects fiercely, and now sissy also becomes mommy. 🥹

Austin is 15. Words cannot express how proud and grateful I am for the person he has become. He’s creative, driven, thoughtful, and filled with a grateful heart.

I’ve watched him walk through some difficult things this past year and he allowed them to make him more grounded, confident, and sure of the person he is meant to be.

I’m so lucky to be his mom. I know God has great plans for him, and I am incredibly blessed to have a front row seat to watch and encourage from. ❤️❤️❤️ by @kristiewahlquist

First day of 10th and 8th grade ❤️ And just like that, it’s my last first day with a middle schooler.

Of course, Google Photos had to remind me what this day looked like over the years. I’d give anything to go back for just one minute, not to change a thing, but just to experience those younger versions of them again. And maybe whisper to them just how proud they’d be of the people they’re becoming. 🥹❤️

So incredibly proud of this man. ❤️

I’ve watched the discipline, sacrifice, early mornings (and early nights), hard workouts, and determination it took to get here. Yes he built bigger muscles and dropped body fat percentage crazy low, but it was really about pushing himself beyond what he imagined and proving what consistency and drive can accomplish.

And today, all that hard work paid off...FIRST PLACE in Men’s Masters Bodybuilding 40+! 🥇💪 (and 2nd place masters 40+ classic, 4th in open men's light heavyweight)

We are all so proud of you. Not just for the trophy, but for everything that came before it. You set a goal, put in the work, and showed up day after day. ❤️ by @kristiewahlquist

It’s moments like this that leave me standing in awe and gratitude. Little did we know 12 years ago that a simple comment by @brandonlake would one day become a full-circle moment we’d get to witness.

At 14, Austin’s talent is incredible, but what stands out even more is his kindness, humility, and the purity of his heart. Watching God grow both his gift and his character has been such a blessing. ❤️ by @kristiewahlquist
