healing is not a linear process. it’s a long journey.

you walk through so many phases and meet yourself through them all. you learn to stay with each of your versions and slowly unpack your pain, your fears, your insecurities, traumas, disappointments, everything. you learn to hear yourself, comfort yourself, be there for yourself, understand yourself and forgive yourself. you discover so many things, beautiful and dark, and let go of everything that hurts and doesn’t serve any good purpose. some of the truths that you discover are harsh and hard to accept, but you have to face them and sit with them, forgive yourself and let them go.

you learn who you really are and learn to accept and love yourself the way you are, without the shield, without the role, pure you. you learn to throw the suffocating shield away and just breath, stay present in your body and mind, you let your feelings flow.

as much as this process is beautiful, there is so much back and forth on the journey.

but it’s so important, because in the end, healing brings you liberation, peace, acceptance. you finally find yourself, there is nothing more rewarding than that.

☀️healing☀️

sometimes the rain is inevitable, we need it to nourish our inner garden. and after that, we need the sunshine to keep it flourishing.

tears are uncomfortable, but they bring so much liberation afterwards. cry as much as you need, release all your pain and thoughts, experience, negativity, attachments that do not serve you any good. let them flow.
empty your heavy heart, then pour all the sunshine of love, support, and acceptance into it.

remember, you are the Sun, and your soul is the most beautiful flower in the garden that is waiting to bloom.🌺

Знаешь, очень страшно мне жить
Близ людей, что совсем не умеют любить.
В этом новом, не белом свете
Никто ни за что не в ответе.

Знаешь, родившись мы все в Ренессанс,
Познали бы счастье. Сейчас - декаданс.
В то время ценились высокие чувства,
Высокие чувства творили искусство.

Знаешь, а раньше ведь правило было:
С возлюбленной вместе, до самой могилы!
Мужчина, чтоб видеть улыбку родной,
Готов был платить – своей головой.

Знаешь, романтики полон тот век,
И больно представить, сквозь что человек,
Какие сквозь дебри он в жизни прошёл,
Что места любви в сердце он не нашёл.

Знаешь, очень страшно мне жить
Близ людей, что совсем не умеют любить.
Проигравший злу человек погибает,
Добра без любви, увы, не бывает…

this is a very special poem because I wrote it in Armenian, and I write in Armenian rarely. I also did a voiceover for it, because it’s one of my favorite poems actually. 🤍

Թե կուզես մոռանամ - մոռանամ,
Մոռանամ քեզ ու ինձ մոռանամ,
Մոռանամ այս լուսինը, այս ծովը,
Այս փողոցը, ամառային հովը։

Թե կուզես մոռանամ - մոռանամ,
Մոռանամ քեզ ու լուռ հեռանամ,
Հեռանամ քեզանից ու կյանքից,
Ու լույսից ու ամեն մի բանից։

Թե կուզես մոռանամ - մոռանամ,
Մոռանամ ու էլ ոչ մի անգամ
Չփնտրես դու ինձ, չգտնես դու ինձ,
Չգրկես դու ինձ, չսիրես դու ինձ։

Թե կուզես մոռանամ - մոռանամ,
Մոռանամ եթե կարողանամ
Չսիրել էլ քեզ, չկանչել էլ քեզ

The Sun and the Moon are not each other’s fate.

The fate of the Sun is to light up the world,
Planting every day new seeds of hope.
The fate of the Moon is to comfort the hearts,
Gently healing all of their deepest scars.

The Sun and the Moon always follow each other,
One cannot exist without the other.
They never meet even if they want.
God keeps them together, but always apart.

You are a gloomy Moon, I am a happy Sun,
I’m ready to run, and run, and run
To be able to reach you one day.
If I reach you, I promise to stay.

Even if my light will immediately fade,
I want to be written in your book of fate.
Even if just for a day,
I want to reach you and stay.
