Some years change you.
Some years set you free.

2025 was the year of the snake — meant for shedding, truth and irreversible transformation.

This year of the horse is a season of movement, freedom and unstoppable force. ✨

2026: the horse breaks loose.

You’re not seeing this by accident.

Nothing happens by accident.

I prayed this would land in the hands of everyone who needed it.

God doesn’t do things by accident.

He has a purpose for your life.

Even the season that doesn’t make sense yet.
Even the door that closed.
Even the waiting.
Even the heartbreak.
Even the version of your life you thought was supposed to happen.

Sometimes what feels like everything falling apart is God redirecting you toward everything He has for you.

You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
And your story is not over.

Maybe you needed this reminder today:

God is still writing your story.
Trust Him with the chapter you’re in.
He never fails. 🤍

Quitting alcohol was the beginning. Becoming a woman I’m proud of is what keeps me going. 🤍

For me, that means getting out of the same old cycles. Following through on my goals. Growing in my faith. And learning to celebrate my wins instead of immediately asking, “What’s next?”

Some days, a win is a big milestone. Other days, it’s keeping one small promise to myself.

That’s why I help women build an alcohol-free life—with room for confidence, purpose, joy, and dreams they’re ready to take seriously.

If you’ve been feeling stuck and wondering what more could look like, you don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk.

Book a discovery call through the link in my bio. Let’s start with where you are. ✨

365 days. 🤍

One whole year without alcohol.

365 days ago, I made a decision that changed my life.

Not because I thought I was going to quit drinking forever.
Not because I suddenly had everything figured out.
And definitely not because I woke up one morning as some enlightened version of myself.

I had simply reached a point where I knew something had to change if I wanted to become the woman I was striving to be.

So I made one decision:

I wasn’t going to drink that day.

And then I made it again the next day.

And the next.

Until somehow, those days became a year.

I thought getting sober would mean giving something up.

Instead, it gave me my life back.

My mornings.
My clarity.
My discipline.
My relationship with God.
My self-respect.
My ability to sit with hard things instead of running from them.
My trust in myself.
My health.
My dreams.
Me.

And this year wasn’t magically easy because I stopped drinking.

If anything, life handed me some of the hardest seasons I’ve ever had to walk through.

But I walked through them sober.

The celebrations. The loneliness. The uncomfortable conversations. The nights out. The pain. The heartbreak. The healing. The boredom. The joy. The really freaking hard days.

I felt all of it.
I faced all of it.
I grew through all of it.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t giving up a life I loved.

I was finally building one I didn’t need to escape from.

Sobriety didn’t make me less wild.
It didn’t make me boring.
It didn’t make my life smaller.

It made me present.

There are parts of the story that brought me here that I’m not ready to fit into an Instagram caption.

Maybe eventually I’ll tell all of it. 👀📖

But today isn’t really about who I was then.

It’s about the woman who kept choosing herself every single day afterward.

365 days ago, I chose a different life.

Today, I’d choose it all over again.

One year alcohol free.

And somehow, more alive than I’ve ever been.

God is good. 🤍

Here’s to being fully awake for the life I prayed for.
