Most kids are scared to leave their dorm room. Mine was doing THIS.

Today we remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in service to our county.

This is my grandfather, 1st Lieutenant John J Motley, 316th Combat Engineers.
He died in combat on September 17, 1944, within several hundred yards of the spot where the 91st Division broke the Gothic Line, the last fortified German defensive position in Italy.

We are forever grateful. by @kristingthree
