You can feel it the moment you walk in 🥹@resourcedtucson is doing something amazing in Tucson. Contrast therapy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, community events. My love of all things spiritual mixed with modern medicine in one beautiful space. If you’ve never done contrast therapy, I don’t even have the words to describe it. Okay I wasn’t going to post again about this but.Top 20. 👀I genuinely did not see that coming. This kind of thing doesn’t usually happen to me & I don’t really know what to do with it except show up & be grateful.Voting for the Top 15 closes Thursday April 30th at 7PM & every single vote also supports Children’s Miracle Network. Okay don’t laugh 🙈I entered this Super Mom contest on a total whim & somehow I’m actually in the running. I’m a little embarrassed to even tell share about it if I’m being honest.But here’s the thing, it’s been a really hard few years. Okayyy, like, really hard 🥴 and something about this feels like a little bit of sun after a whole lot of rain.I’m a single mom doing my best to raise two incredible kids with as much honesty & grace as I can. Some days I nail it. Some days I cry in my car. Most days it’s a mix of both 🤣If you’ve ever rooted for me, voting is open & it would genuinely mean the world.Link is in my bio.
