After almost 2 years as COO of a21, I was laid off last week and I’m starting to think about what the next chapter holds. I plan to take a bit of time to figure that out - whether it be another full-time role or offering support as a consultant.

To my colleagues from the past 2 years, thanks for the laughs, late nights, and cocktails we have enjoyed. I’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines 🍾🥂

As for what’s next: I bring 20+ years of experience (with 10+ years in leadership roles) working with the independent food and beverage industry in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. From program development, culinary curation, partnership development and strategy, and event development and execution, to ideating and building branded activations, I’ve touched many aspects of the experiential, food, and beverage worlds.

Thanks for keeping me in mind and I’m open to any/all conversations as I figure out what’s next.

The best! Emily luchetti caramel. Get some! I made a hot fish caramel dipper for fresh spring rolls + a glaze on pork belly with the ginger caramel, lime, fish sauce, and hot sauce. Dinner took 15 minutes and it was epic! #caramel @emilyluchetti by @kristophermoon
