What do they mean when they say, “It’s raining cats and dogs”? 😂🌧️

Because that’s exactly what is happening here right now! The rain is so heavy, it feels like it wants to pull down my roof. 😩😂

How is the weather over there? Is it raining too, or are you enjoying a peaceful night? 🌧️❤️

Tell me where you are and what the weather looks like there. 👇🏽

Good morning, lovelies 🥰

One beautiful thing about waking up is that you don't know what the day holds.

Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is still a promise. All we truly have is today.

May this Sunday bring you peace, clarity, and a reason to be grateful. 🙏🏽❤️

Are you ready for church or are you in church already?

🍷 So, is this palm wine really bad?

At Nko, I met a tapper who welcomed me with this sweet, freshly tapped palm wine. 😋

People say this type of palm wine isn’t good for the body, but honestly, my experience was different. It tasted really good, and I felt perfectly fine afterward.

Sometimes, you have to experience something yourself before you truly understand it. 😂

Would you try freshly tapped palm wine if you had the opportunity? 👀

There’s more to this procession than meets the eye… 👀🔥

The streets came alive as Efik sons and daughters gathered for the yearly Nkon Mbok celebration. From the traditional attire to the fascinating masquerades, every step tells a story.

But do you know what this particular procession represents? 🤔

Watch closely and tell me what caught your attention first. 👀👇

How is your afternoon going so far? Peaceful, busy, or you’re just managing? 👀👇🏽
