@owens.media thank you for catching some of my highlights from Masters Strongman Nationals! I was definitely hoping you got the 175 axle!! What a great day lifting heavy things and watching my gym bros lift heavy things! Was a great weekend. Shout out to @greg.schiltz.rd for making sure I was prepared. Big thanks to @crossfitlocal and @the.pit_unleashed for helping me along the way! Big props to @hannacoldiron and her amazing crew for putting on a fantastic show. Let’s go to the Arnold. #mastersathlete #caitlinsmom #llc4ever taken in Chapel Hill, North Carolina by @krmccarthy

Friendships and Kappa Delta. This group was one of the best. Sometimes 4 years is just not enough. I can’t wait to watch this group go off and do amazing things but I’m really sad to see them go. Love to you all. EOW by @krmccarthy

Last dinner with this group of seniors. I will miss this crew but thankful for the few years of friendship and kitchen talk! Go out and do great things. But remember to “make good choices” 💜#KDkitchenbetachi @unckappadelta @kduncfood by @krmccarthy

Sometimes it’s about the boys! Love my waiters and happy they got a night to enjoy. So thankful for this group. It’s always been more than a job to me and my waiters play an important part of that. Going to miss my seniors. #alreadycrying #KDkitchen #sororitychef @kduncfood @unckappadelta taken in Kappa Delta Sorority by @krmccarthy

We had a fun weekend celebrating and surprising my mom for her 80th birthday. Thank you to my sisters and the staff @ocharborside for everything! We loved seeing and meeting all of her amazing community and getting to spend time with our family. taken in Harborside Ocean City Maryland by @krmccarthy
