I was very saddened to hear of Freddie Jackson’s recent passing. Many years ago, I had the privilege of cowriting and co-producing the title track from Freddie’s double platinum selling album “Just Like The First Time.” I have always been grateful that he provided us that opportunity. He was always so cordial whenever we met at any events. My heart goes out to his family and friends at this time of grief. May he rest in peace. 💐🙏🏾🕊️

This is a good shot from one of my many hat pics 🎩 My guitar seems to be missing, however… 🤔

Looking forward to our shows in London this weekend with @najeeofficial & The Crew. We’ll be performing at @soulmamalondon on Friday and Saturday. It’s been a few years since I’ve been in London, if you’re in town please come out and say hello. Hoping to see some friends and familiar faces at the shows.

Shout out to all of my friends in the UK🇬🇧 I will performing at @soulmamalondon on Sept 18 & 19 with @najeeofficial & The Crew. The last time I played in London was in June 2024 with BBandQ, and Najee was our guest. We’re switching leads and am happy to be with him on this run. Sharing a short clip from our 2024 show at the Jazz Cafe - hoping to see you in a couple of weeks.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been four years since this show in Malibu, CA (7/30/22). It was a stellar bill with Will Downing Jr., Najee, and special guest Alyson Williams. The music and memories will always live on.

We’ve shared too many memories to count. This photo of @najeeofficial and me was taken several years back at one of our shows on the road. Thankful to have made music together all these years. 🙏🏾

I’m sharing a photo of some close musician friends that I’ve had for a long time. These gentlemen and I go back too many years to mention. Whenever we get together, it’s about joy and laughter, as evidenced by the photo. Over the years I have learned quite a bit from each of these gentlemen. I am most happy to see that our journey continues and they continue help men grow as a musician 🙏🏾
