Hyrox Boston 2026

This one was fun 💕 shout out to these ladies for going hard at our Hyrox Relay. Watching them go hard made me go harder.🥵

And thank you to our support system cheering us on every step of the way. Without them, we might not have finished as fast.

Thank you to @elevatedhp for pushing us to be better and for hosting many events throughout the summer to help condition. We look forward to continuing on throughout the rest of the year.

Yesterday I competed for the first time in HYROX at NYC’s venue, reportedly one of the harder venues to compete at. Thanks to God and my partner @raquell1 , we were able to finish with zero injuries and a whole lot of spirit. The feelings had me overwhelmed in the few minutes leading up to the race and for many hours after.

@raquell1 I’m so proud of you for taking on the challenge with me when I asked you to run a race with me. You told me then that you’re always down to grow and be better and that being our commonality is one of the reasons I value our friendship the most. Besides obviously being such a bada** mom and gym gem. 💎

The past year has been such a field of lessons for me. Life has been life’ing af and I’m just happy I was able to hold my ground in fitness through every storm and dark day. HUGE thank you to all my friends who have supported me through the journey. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
