✨ PILATES IS COMING! ✨

I’m so excited to officially share that I’ll be bringing Mat Pilates to Present Moment Yoga! 🤍

So many of you have asked for a Pilates class in our community, and I’m beyond excited to finally make it happen. I can’t wait to start this new journey, move with you, and create a space where we can build strength, challenge ourselves, and have a little fun along the way!

Starting September 20, there will be three Pilates class offerings to choose from:
🤍 Foundational Mat — a great place to start, focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates, core strength, alignment, and controlled movement.
✨ Sculpt & Flow — a dynamic combination of Pilates-inspired sculpting and flowing movement.
🔥 Power Sculpt — a stronger, more challenging class designed to leave you feeling powerful and energized.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already love your time on the mat, there will be a place for you here. Class times and the full schedule will be available soon on the Present Moment Yoga website!

I’m so grateful for the support and excitement already surrounding this, and I truly can’t wait to see you on the mat. 🫶🏼
