✨Radiating beauty from the inside out ✨

A new set of Luxury Gold for my long time client. 🤍

We stick with I-Tips because she loves the flexibility to wear her hair in different styles especially while traveling. I blend multiple shades to give a soft but bright look and we went a little longer than usual this time. And isn’t she such a hottie!

Switched it up 🍂

Shook things up by switching from a solid blonde to a rooted and low lighted infinity weft in two different shades to give lots of dimension.

I love how seamless the Infinity Wefts are and how the rooted shade blends in so much better with her natural color.

It’s FALL YALL! Time to make those changes…add those low lights, tone down that summer Blonde, add some warmth back into your hair. Make sure you get those appointments booked before the holidays!!

August marks our 6 year anniversary in our Tom’s River Location! ♥️

May marked Salon Milan’s 20 years of Business! 🩷

As many of you know we had a hard event happen to one of my daughters in April, which made it incredibly hard for me to think about celebrating 20 years in business. The girls at the salon did a fabulous job of decorating, setting up food, putting together prize packages, and doing everything they could too, lift me up. Im so forever grateful to this team!

This team and this business did not happen overnight. It’s taken a long time to have the incredible and amazing staff that I have now. A lot of blood, sweat and tears go into making a business last for 2 decades but with God on my side and an incredible team we have made it this far!

I especially want to shout out my cousin Jen, who is my right hand man, holds down the fort when I’m not there, is an incredibly kind and loving manager, and has worked for me since she was 16 years old. Sydney, who trained me up when I was a kid, puts me in my place anytime I need it, keeps our plants beautiful and has supported me every step of the way. Carman, who is like a second mother to me has run my front Desk since the day we opened our doors, she tough, she’s loving, she supplies all the candy up front and if your mean to her or one of us....well good luck getting back in! And My Jenny girl who I have been friends with since high school. She has the most calming presence to her, is loyal and caring, and knows everything there is to know about Aveda. I sure as shit wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for these four women standing by my side for the past 20 years.

Thank you to this community for trusting us with your hair, your secrets, your friendship! It means the world to use that we are able to come to work everyday and be surrounded by incredible women! Cheers to 20 more years! Maybe 🤪 taken in Toms River, New Jersey by @krys_weaves

Custom extensions adding the perfect pop of dimension, seamless color, and inches for days 🤎 🤍

22 inches of I-Tips give tons of length and allows us to really customize the dimension with hair that can be reused for 6-12 months depending on at home care and maintenance.

Platinum blonde extensions typically don’t last as long as darker shades but she definitely cares for her hair which allows a typical 10 month wear.

Fire, Sunset Vibes with this beautiful K-Tip Blend

150 grams installed using @bellamihairpro in Colors Dark Maple and Spiced Crimson for this Dimensional Copper Extension Installation.

Custom cut K-tips for density through her weight line and halves for movement on the top and front. Love it when my Bellami Rep @bellamihairpro.lisa trusts me with her hair and spends the day hanging with me and my girls

Clean lines, Clean Grow Out🤍

2 rows of Infinity Weft on her fine hair for max coverage but also lightweight and comfortable.

A great installation starts with a great foundation. No corners cut, not piling extra hair on for too much tension and weight.. First rule of hair Extensions is you need to match density to density. If your hair is fine, 125 grams is perfect.
