Tomorrow is a BIG day — we’re moving Landon into his new home in Rhode Island! 🏡❤️

As we get ready to start this next chapter, I can’t help but think about all the people who have helped him get to this point. I am beyond thankful for every person who has supported him, encouraged him, opened their homes to him, and loved him like their own throughout the years.

But especially these three ladies and their families. ❤️

I will never be able to truly put into words how grateful I am for everything you have done for my son and for our family. You have been such a huge part of his journey, and I hope you know just how much that means to me. ❤️

It truly takes a village, and I am so incredibly lucky that my son has had such an amazing village surrounding him.

Tomorrow we officially begin this new chapter, and while I know I’m going to have ALL the emotions, I couldn’t be more happy for him 🙂 by @krystal_morace

We are officially a house full of TEENAGERS!!
Happy 13th birthday to my forever sidekick. 💛

We love you more than words can ever express.

Today you officially become a teenager, and we couldn’t be more proud of the amazing young lady you are growing into.

No matter how old you get, you’ll always be our little girl. We hope this year brings you endless laughter, unforgettable memories, new adventures, and all the happiness you deserve. Keep chasing your dreams, believing in yourself, and never forget how loved you are.
