If you’ve ever owned a flip phone… it’s time to get serious about retinoids and your skin care routine. However, tolerance will vary, and modifications will need to be considered.
If you’re serious about anti-aging Botox and everything else you’re doing? They’re just ONE part of the equation!

Just some thoughts in a kinda chic trend ✨✌️ by @krystellenp

No, it’s not all “just filler” these are some of the most popular brands on the market👇

✨ Radiesse
A dermal filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA)

Think of it like the bra that holds everything up
→ immediate structure + lift
→ supports sagging areas
→ stimulates collagen over time

It is most commonly used for the lower face… and I LOVE this for non-surgical BBLs 🍑

✨ Restylane Lyft
A thicker, more supportive HA filler
→ lift + contour
→ cheeks / midface

(And yes…there are a ton of fillers, this is just one)

✨ Dysport
A neurotoxin that relaxes muscle movement
→ less movement = smoother skin, static line prevention

(Just one of many toxins out there)

& finally

✨ Sculptra 🪄

It’s a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA)
This is not a typical filler and does not give that instant “fill, volume”

→ builds your own collagen over time
Results come in gradually → thicker, firmer skin

Different products. Different mechanisms.
Intentionally chosen after a full facial assessment to get you real and natural-looking results🙌🏻

Behind every successful BEFORE & AFTER and a very happy patient, there’s a high-quality consultation.

My job as an aesthetic NP job is not as shallow as some may perceive it. To me, I’m not just treating faces….

When patients sit in that chair, they are trusting us and opening up to us about their vulnerabilities, insecurities, histories, goals, what they actually want to feel like when they look in the mirror… & It is my honor to listen because treatments are only as good, and successful as the conversations that came before it. 🤍

Last slide correction: does not* align, but you probably already figured it out xo by @krystellenp

It will be our little secret. 🤭

#skinhealth #aestheticmedicine #tox by @krystellenp

👋 Hey!

Tox blocks a chemical signal (acetylcholine) from your nerves to your muscle!

This helps presents your muscles from contracting , and therefore smooths out your wrinkles (if they are not static).

Each facial muscle has a function that keeps everything in your beautiful face where it’s supposed to be.

Some muscles act as depressors, others are elevators.
Understanding the function of each muscle will help us give you the desired results you are looking for.

#2016- A defining year
- I started my nursing program at NYU after a whole year off while working at my favorite perfume store.
- It was the year I decided to prioritize my peace and mental health, and focus on authentic relationships
- I took a step back from fashion and modeling and started focusing on building a career and a lowkey life
- it was my last year with one of my favorite humans in the entire world, he inspired me to pursue oncology. I know he is watching over me every step of the way
- & finally, and most importantly I said yes 💍 to my best friend and my better half♥️ without him, I wouldn’t be where I am, and I would have a lot less faith in myself.

Now 10 years later, after all the training, life lessons, medical knowledge… I’ve finally found the courage to call back that girl who I left on a photo shoot somewhere, with her love for art and beauty & told her to stop making herself small to make others comfortable, and to live her damn dreams 🤍 by @krystellenp

Wrong answers only 🤣
….On a serious note, go ahead and guess, then I’ll explain what has actually worked for me, what helped me decide on a treatment plan for myself, and some of my favorite products. I can also help you customize a treatment plan that best fits you and your needs.🪄

Hint: the answer is NOT “nothing”🤪 by @krystellenp

Sculptra & Restalyne Lyft for volume loss restoration and collagen promotion to mid and lateral cheeks 🪄
I focus on natural, and subtle transformations

This is on my favorite patient, my mother ♥️
Happy Lebanese Mother’s Day to all the women who have sacrificed it all so we can have it all.
You deserve the world and more!

Please note:

Sculptra is a collagen stimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid that helps your body rebuild its own volume over time.

⏳ How it works
Instead of instant results, Sculptra gradually stimulates collagen, so your skin becomes firmer, fuller, and more youthful over weeks to months. Patients will typically need two to three treatments a year for optimal results!

There is no one size fits all in aesthetics.

Two patients can walk in with the same concern… and need completely different treatments.

Please keep in mind that facial aging isn’t just about wrinkles.
It’s about:
Muscle movement
Volume loss
Skin quality
And facial structure

If you’re new to this, start with something as simple as wearing sunscreen to prevent collagen breakdown. Talk to your local practitioner about retinoids.
Yes aging is natural and beautiful there is zero shame in it but it will happen quicker in others due to lifestyle choices alone.
